Don't get too excited shaman. This isn't another chain lightning buff ontop of the 35% that we've heard about in the last couple weeks. Pretty sure the chain lightning buff here is just the 35% buff that we already heard about, just now in damage scaling wording rather than just saying 35% damage increase.

About tanks... as someone once said...It should be treated to a need to tank mobs, and not how to avoid them. So... it need to be made some way so tank don't run away AND they can resist (active mitigation) with skill the damage they take.It's not hard to understand what is needed to be done. Idk why it wasn't adressed yet and why ppl keep thinking it's fun/ok/gr8 to run away from mobs.
the DH tank decree has been nerf. it's the major spell doing damages, it's a very nigh nerf for the DH tank (as all use bastion). But yeah as a warrior i'm frustrated that we cannot DPS at 4k like DH and pal in 17+, i'm caped at 2.9k, if i want to dps more, i just die because ignore pain spam is vital... we cannot use the ignore pain recycle with DPS on MM+. Also please fix the warrior offtanking in raids. In multiple situations you have no rage when you play with devastor and you wait for your CD for 3 or 4 seconds without doing anything. A bit more rage generation (5 to 10%) would fix that...
Totally agree with both sides of this. There should be some kiting involved in tanking but not every flipping pull... This expac is just ridiculous with everything needing kiting. Ion even kinda mentioned it was too kitey and they needed to fix it. But havent seen that happen yet. Just more lies from the top I guess. It just doesnt feel good to have to run from every mob. I tank on an alt and I am built to take damage but heck most of the mobs I have to run in grab aggro and just run we arent meant to have to do that especially on every pull
If they want to bring VDH to the same level as other tanks, they need to start at their passive damage reduction and remove the magic portion of it. A lot of the scary tank busters from the trash mobs are magic damage...
Kinda agree on DH tank. If it didn't have that ridiculous brand legendary+ synergy with talent that spreads it, it would be the worst tank in terms of survivability. It is also getting decent nerfs on the Kyrian sigil damage next patch. I think I will keep playing my blood dk. As for this specific topic, I feel all the rest healer specs should get decent damage buffs to even come close to holy paladin.
