At this point I don't understand the whole "Organized raiding" part of the EN. I do EN in pugs each week and they pretty much fly through Normal and Heroic as easy as LFR. No voice chat or anything.
You know, getting into Normal PUGs for Balance of Power isn't that hard. I used to be scared about it too, but I finally jumped in and found it really isn't that bad.
I literally gave up doing any of the raids outside of LFR because the drop rates for me are non existent, all I've gotten since launch was gold and buff runes, when 7.1.5 hit all I get now is gold runes or %^&*ing AP across 3 tanks and my hunter. I've only seen 2 legendaries drop across 4 characters and I've literally had to beg people in raids for their gear after I've checked them to make sure it's not an upgrade for them. So why in the unholy hell would I want to suffer never having loot drop across 6 weekly raid runs (lfr and normal) when I can just suffer the drop rate of LFR. I've spent months doin Nightmare and I think I have 7 of the 30 needed orbs for the quest.
Didn't we get told at Blizzcon we'd be able to wear 5 legendaries?
Doesn't fix the Dark Portal hearthstone toy being transparent when viewed from the front, must need a patch for that.
It's only just a several month of Legion expac but I'm tired of farming like after 5 years.Stupid time consuming profs leveling (pointless in the end), damn artifact, stupid unrewarding lootless raid runs... Damn. NEVER EVER was so much bored in my wow live.
What irritates me the most is that Balance of Power is not account-wide. I already jumped through your hoops, Blizz. Since the rewards are purely cosmetic, why can't I get this on my other toons?
@wowdevs is there any way you can make the balance of power quest completion account bound so all alts can use their third appearance?
WarcraftDevs@WarcraftDevs17hNo. The Balance of Power chain is intended to reward organized raiding.Yes indeed, EVERYTHING in this expansion is Anti Single player. Can not Q for Mythics and can not Q for Normal. They are pushing players into guilds, but the opposite is happening, instead, they are quitting. All a guildless player can do is sit in LFG, scroll through the +50 ilvl requirement groups, get declined(even if already higher than required for the content) and try try again. Problem is, it is sad that there are so many less listings than ever before in the game. I remember having to scroll through 50 groups in WoD in its last weeks, now i can browse through all of the 17 groups listed. I mean Tuesday, all day, all night custom groups had at most 20 listings if lucky. In before the usual"Form a group yourself". Welp if i wanted to be a raid leader i would be in a guild being one as in past expansions. So yay Devs, keep forcing players to do "Organized raiding" and non Qable mythics and watch the numbers keep falling.
