Kyrian nerfed. well that was completly unexpected...
So the Kyrian leggo essentially was nerfed to dust. Got it. Can it have increased effectiveness for specs other than Hpal? There is no chance I'd be crafting this if I play Retribution.

Does it work with my prot pally's first avenger? If so It still might be worth considering. I wanted it more for the AOE interrupt every 10s and holy shield than the damage potential.
So this Ashen Hallow legendary is pretty useful. The wording is atrocious and looks like you can pull off some gimmicks to reduce the CD.

The kyrian legendary still seems overpowered for a prot pally... even at 20% effectiveness, 4x avengers shields sounds a lil insane, all that mob control and damage via the leggo. Plus for every spec, do the extra divine tolls also generate holy power?Edit: it seems overpowered because of the duration of the effect. Every 10 seconds for 30 seconds, and the mikanikos trait reduces the CD of divine toll to 40 seconds, so thats literally a divine toll every 10 seconds.
Kyrian one still might be alright - I think people got caught up in thinking of how good it would be, but didn't compare it to the legendaries we currently have. Extra hp will be nice, and if it procs pelagos mastery buff that will be nice too, but time will tell whether that ends up being better than 20% bigger divine storms or 15% bigger TVs from the current leggos.
So I was confused why they nerfed the necro leggo. Its because they made it have 2 charges baseline and the leggo just empowers that further. for Ret at least, its looking more appealing than ever I want to be able to sim it with the leggo it might beat out divine.
But now its beneath shock barrier most likely for holy paladin.
Do we know if it generates holy power and is affected by ringing?

Even with the Kyrian nerf, it is still pretty OP for Prot Palidans in M+. Because our First Avenger Talent bubble is already capped at 30% of our Max Health, which we already lose so much bubble potential with a normal Divine Toll. I would have to do the math, but I believe it still doesn't affect our First Avenger bubble by much and if there are 5 targets then it can still hit up to 25 times due to sending out 5 separate shields that each bounce off each other. And as others have mentioned, we get a 4 second AoE silence every 10 seconds too. Even if you aren't a Prot Pali we still could get 5 extra Holy Power every 10 seconds due to its effect, which is great for any spec of Pali.UPDATE: I tested out Divine Toll on 5 target dummies. Using First Avenger my Divine Toll did 41.2k damage. The bubble it provided me was 18.4k (30% of my max health) so I already lost 22.7k of a potential bubble.Using the Legendary which only deals 20% of the damage, I would have done 8.2k damage. The bubble it would provide would also be 8.2k (Which is 10.2k less than normal Divine Toll ~ 44% of the current bubble) and wouldn't lose potential due to First Avenger cap. I still see this as a win, especially for it happening 3 times.
They nerfed the night fae paladin legendary? Why would you kick it while it's down? Bobby must be mad about the pay cut.
The kyrian one is still crazy because of the synergy it will have once we can equip a second legendary.
