Divine Shield and Blessing of Protection do not simply protect from the damage, they instantly remove Money Order. No need to wait "just prior Money Order is about to hit" as people will tend to start moving to soak otherwise.
tldr; immune it loool
The last time I healed that fight I was active 99.96% of the time with low over healing and no deaths. Annoying fight, but some good healing parses.
Arms Warriors can use Die By the Sword to immune and solo Money Order as well.
This tip helped my group time a 30 key. Never thought of using an immunity to bypass a mechanic before, Thanks Wowhead!
Suicide and combat res is another option.
I feel like this is perhaps too late to share. Useful yes, but would of been more useful near the start of season 4. Maybe in a general tip post pinned. Maybe can carry this constructive criticism into Dragonflight Season 1?
Hunter turtle shell works as well to solo soak and take no dmg =D
The only thing noteworthy in this probably is the use of Evasion. Because I wouldn't even be surprised that rogues didn't think about using something that increases your dodge to affect a kinda AoE ability. Usually a rogue tries to avoid a mechanic with Cloak of Shadows, and if that doesn't work then he just doesn't care anymore.
These weekly tip posts are OK in concept. They often review something that's not very intuitive and not everyone knows. Not this one though. This one is almost a parody, really.
You guys with your "everybody knows this" - I didn't. My highest streets is a 25. It's not 3k territory, but it's high enough to warrant these types of strategies.I play with a set group, we don't pug, and so aren't exposed to various different strategies regularly. I've also never watched a MDT, or any streamer play a m+ for that matter, it's just not interesting to me to watch someone else play a game. I'm sure a lot of people learn from watching those.I learn these tricks from the CompetitiveWoW subreddit, Discord sometimes, and the rare Wowhead post like this. Do I wish I learned it a year ago instead of a month before it's irrelevant? Sure! But whatever, it's still not useless, and it's not something everybody knows.
Wowhead, ignore the 2 people whining like usual.I didn't know it was pure physical, and Blessing of Protection completely negates it.
Dear Wowhead,Please spellcheck and grammar check your posts. Thank you,Readers Everywhere
Wow, just wow, great tip as always! The previous one was "Did you know that if you do mechanics the fight will be easier?"Now "Did you know that some classes have abilities that make them immune?"I wonder what will be next, something like "Did you know that there some classes that can heal you if you take damage?"
It's funny that the bootlicking mod that deleted my comment replied with the reason as it being "irrelevant" even though that's a good enough description to make a standalone comment about this post anywhere in this section
@Petko:The expression is "without further ado", not "without further to do." :)
