Sounds legit for an account-wide reward.
Wonder what all Part II will entail. All that seems just too easy and can get done in maybe a month, assuming nothing is time-gated.
Well isn't this a pretty pickle. I had intended to not do any war campaigns or very few simply because they're just a waste pf factional gold and resources not to mention personal time (and in some cases limited play time).I thought this getting pathfinder stuff was supposed to be a normal part of our questing experience. On the other hand, why not just have 2 paths? Have one for those who are crazy for war and one for those of us who are explorers? That way it will be 'normal course' rather than normal and then 'oh crap, how long can I put this off until I can stomach this'?Having feelings of the latter puts it into that category of "It's been a long strange trip"" but affects all of our time during a specified xpac and a limited time frame so it is current; as opposed to being able to stretch it over years until we are a point to where we want to deal with it.../shrug
All stick no carrot. I bet this stretches out at least three months, with a part two being seven months down the road from launch. And part two will unlock part three.
The Alliance one still seems incomplete, considering it doesn't require the "rescue Jaina" scenario (which, seeing that the Horde one requires the "protect Zuldazar from Zul", most likely it will).
I am a strong supporter of flying but the way they drag this out with Part One then Part two and, if in line with other expansions completing part Two will not mean flying it will mean you can fly when they release the patch that allows it, starting to think they should just stop doing it. Particularly as almost as soon as they allow flying they release a new area that does not have (and never will have) flying.
I am so relieved that I don't need to do horde side achievements, which would be really odd considering that at least in 8.0 (maybe up to 8.1) the main theme is gonna be about faction war ...
I am wondering when they will stop with this useless path finder achievements, its getting old and from my point of view it ruins my gameplay, even if it helps to see the content in a different way after you have done all that i should be able to fly, like it was before when you reach max level, buy the flying skill. But i supose many disagree with this since we are gonna have another copy paste idea of path finder.
Forcing people to explore, and "like" the zones by tedious repetitive rep grind ad nauseam is a major indication of lack of creativity. There is a reason why so many people have left WoW for good. Blizzard want to make people play longer but don't know how to. They made me "love" Draenor and Legion zones forcefully, and the result is that I hate them! And I'm not the only one that feels that way. You want me to like something - don't force me to! Basic and fundamental human rule. Blizzard's logic: no cars until you haven't explored the country on foot...This pathfinder thing is so stunningly stupid, it makes me wonder if they even have brains inside those skulls!
Having done the entire Horde War Campaign on Beta all I have to say is they're just pushing it into us. There's no way you get out of the whole campaign without feeling disgusted, especially when you turn the quest to Sylvanas and she vomits her drivel about "HER" Horde after your character sees the guy Nathanos rose from the dead be dismissed by him as literally worthless and killed right in front of you, after which Nathanos tells you to dispose of the Proudmoore general that killed the guy as if you were his cleaning lady. The War campaign is so offensive to the Horde players, especially what with us having to do stuff for Magni and pander to the Zandalar, it's unreal. If at least Ion had an ounce of guts and had made Sylvanas and the rest of the Horde truly, really EVIL, as in just killing every living person in the Horde and raising them to serve her and also killing everyone in Zandalar so they wouldn't have any choice but to serve as zombies (it is vastly obvious by the War Campaign that Sylvanas and Nathanos can mind-control the people they raise), the story would at least make sense and people would actually be able to play EVIL characters. As it is, it makes no sense. It's ridiculous and offensive and it shows how little Blizzard thinks of the Horde players to submit them to such a contrived, tasteless, badly-written drivel.
WOULD YOU SISSIES PLEASE STOP YOUR CONSTANT BAWLING!
