Raid buffs! TURN BACK Paladins (buff per player) buffs style! Make raid hate Paladins MOAR!xDBut raid buffs it's a GREAT idea. And make some active buffs, so raids would be more social.;)
The life is a flat circle - bring player, not a class - homogenization of class buffs - stacking OP classes for encounter or specific soakers/kiters - unique class buffs
Personally I think Fort, AI, MotW, Devo Aura and any other buffs to specific stats should be flat values or at least a flat value and a small percentage, why?The flat values feel more powerful and have a greater effect when used while leveling or on undergeared players, making those who receive them more grateful for having received it which in turn makes if feel better to be the person actually applying the buffs. As for using flat values on end-game geared players, yes it has less of an effect however personally I don't really see this as a negative because it's another sign that I have grown in power and it reminds me of the days when these buffs had a massive effect on my character. In order mitigate this negative effect while still maintaining that feeling of powerful buffs and growth I think the buffs should do both a flat value and a percentage increase in said stats, this would be the best of both world in my opinion. I remember being a priest or a mage back in the day and wanting to be near a friendly pally in PVP because it made squishy old me that much less susceptible to being destroyed by rogues or warriors. Or receiving Fort as a mage and getting a 20-30% or more increase in my maximum health because I was undergeared and consequently I loved those kind of priests so SO much. I genuinely think that that kind of game design helps to bring the player-base closer together!
Hunter aspect of the pack looks great
Yay pw: f is back. Me and my friends have a lot of memories and quite a lot of misconceptions how it worked from when we started playing the game and was total noobs. So, I am hyped over getting my fortitude back <3
Mage armors! :'D
Cool, I miss the my old buffs, and the feeling that i'm not useless for my raid :D
Did they ever say why they took them out?
The *unknown* shaman ability is intriguing...
Still waiting for my shaman raid buff :)
> Aspect of the Pack Party and raid members with 40 yards take on the aspect of a pack of cheetahs, increasing movement speed by 15%will they return us dizziness for everyone around? :)
Anything that brings back more class identity is fine by me!
Definitely something I missed. I always thought that party-wide/raid-wide buffs added a bit more to the immersion / feeling like a bigger part of a group. Nice to feel like you are needed beyond the summons/mage cookies/lock rocks.
whoop whoop, here we go again with shouts n buffs n auras of sorts :D
hopefully we can keep them this time around :) . I also hope this will also give people a better view at raid diversity by having at least one of each class instead of stocking up on the same class 3 times over. that will help the looting table a little easier (hopefully).
I'M SO GLAD MARK OF THE WILD IS RETURNING THANK GOD I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOREVER
I know it's probably ridiculous to be so excited over such a tiny thing, but I have missed buffing, so much. It's just such a nice, simple way to feel useful, even in a non-raid environment. Oh, that Pally just came and tanked some mob for you, when you were struggling with your health? Buff em! Helpful people get buffs! It's just a nice way of showing gratitude, familiarity, or a desire to be helpful. It seems there won't be as many of those types of directed spell-cast buffs for non group-members, this time, around, but at least we have buffs back!
Laziness is usually a win, but I did kind of miss Mark of the Wild...
