I mean 500 is better than nothing for what is very little effort but it still feels pretty meh. We could really use some info on if we're getting Anima Knowledge anytime soon or in the future.
Its not that much tbh
Weekly gated 500 anima is nothing.
500 weekly đŸ™„
I realized today i get capped in souls (115/100) and i wonderer if that was a bug and if those 15 extra souls would be deleted somehow, I'm so glad they will change the reward if this happens! good work!
Cheers Ion
500 weekly... oh for the love of god...
500 for weekly.... ROFL.... its like a punch in face
500 anima is a nice morsel, but players, especially alt-a-holics, want a feast. We get the anima-renown-time-gating thing. It makes sense ... up to a point. But real world players only have so much time. So this is a step in the right direction, but I think the ultimate goal is to see if/how players can max out each covenant before November of 2022.
we are still 4 ish weeks away from being able to fully upgrade our sanctums due to the hard souls gate. it will then be 5 ish more weeks beyond that before we 'cap' to the 100 souls limit. so it will be a minimum of just about over 2 months before anyone sees any benefit from this, and that's only if they are currently completely up to date on their weekly souls quests. even longer for alts and anyone who isnt caught up to current. is this really the best they could come up with? yikes that is sad imo.
I wonder what will happen to the weekly quest that requires us to get 1000 anima. Will do stop happening when we all hit renown 40?
Yeah, 500 Anima once a week for finding 20 Souls... might as well not do it (after finishing Soulkeeper's Burden) and do some more world quests and rares instead. Yes, sure, it's still lucrative in a technical way, but it's also not that lucrative either. Not to mention, the major use for Anima in the first few months of a character's progression is for the Sanctum Upgrades (and to purchase rewards unlocked by them) - which also require the Souls. So you won't quickly cap Souls anyway (unless you played that char since release), unless you don't bother with the main use for Anima, and in that case, why would you farm massive amounts of Anima anyway?I'd say that instead, prices for items purchased with Anima, but locked behind Sanctum Upgrades, should be lowered by 50%.
I've been capped at souls for over a month because I don't earn enough anima to spend them on the few things that they're meant to be spent on. So... yeah this is a tepid offering to me. It'd be nice if we could just voluntarily convert the various currencies to one another. Don't have enough anima but have a buttload of grateful offerings? Cool now you have more anima. They gave us that--eventually--for blood of sargeras in Legion.

Souls are full because anima costs are ridiculously high. How stupid is that?
What signs are those?
