Sad Inscription still is not getting any love :(
BS quests look awesome, and Dawn's Edge looks good even now. Really appreciate the quests sending players back into the old world.
Great... more useless crap for engineers... The reaves battery is a nice step, but the shoulder enchant and the helms are all pretty worthless... who in their right minds would give up the shoulder enchant for other mats that can be used in multiple profs, whereas the new engineering one is only dedicated to 1 mat for 1 item?
FINALLY! true engineering goggles !
No tailoring love? Ah well, maybe later.
I'm very surprised to see only weapons coming back for Blacksmithing. The Enchanted Thorium Breastplate is a great item for transmog, but was part of the Armor smithing quest (I think?) and thus removed. I was lucky enough to find someone who could make it, but it's a shame that it's so hard to find now.
The re-usable Reaves battery is a much-needed addition. Sad to see costs for vantus runes increasing, and nothing new to make. Oh well.
As someone who re-rolled on a new account and is now missing a lot of old world Blacksmithing content, this is pretty much the best news ever.
If only they added patterns for the Night Elf Sentinel Glaive and Gear, I'd be so happy :(
The article is missing a link to the cloth version of the Engineering goggles, Tailored Skullblasters, and instead has 2 links to the mail version.
Thank god for classic aspects again :) Nice <3
Here's hoping they also upped the spawn rate for the rank 3 mining skills quests as well. After all this time, I only got Leystone Deposits up to rank 3.
That's nice that they are adding some stuff. But how about fixing and redoing the stuff for Legion that is absurd? Like having to win Rated BGs for rank ups, plus the fact that (most) crafted gear is largely irrelevant after only needing to hit 110. There is so many things wrong and un-fun about professions, adding a few shinies isn't "fixing or improving".
So, old WoW Blue Dragonscale gear not getting added for LW? :(
Here's too hoping JCing is improved. Those gem chips—useful for a single quest and a cooking recipe—anger me something fierce. :/
It's nice that BS will get all those old patterns back! I wish they'd address all the old World Drop patterns from various crafting profs that were completely lost when Cata went live. I'm lucky that I went out and farmed those up pre-Cata because of fear that they'd be lost. It's a shame that some of those unique items are no longer farmable and the numbers of people with those patterns is so few now with so many long time players that had them falling away from the game.
Crafting in Legion has become a complete failure on Blizzards part. Recipes are too few and what you can make becomes useless by the time you're the level to equip it. Raising the level of the recipe does nothing either. Almost everything you can make goes green long before you can max out a skill. Short of scrapping the entire system and starting over, putting in quests for very old content you will never use is just dumb. I give this 0 out of 5 stars.
