I feel like very little was revealed here. Maybe they're in very early stages of development.
I am really excited for the 3v3 and 20v20 fights! Though I think I am slightly more excited for the island expeditions! It just sounds super fun & yet very dangerous. We are all going to have to be on our toes going into those islands. Fighting in the Highlands, the Alliance are going to be filled with regrets coming after us. A moment of silence for my fellow Forsaken brothers & sisters who will be displaced when the Alliance push us from Undercity.
Yay we get to restore the Heart of Te Fiti ... erm I mean Azeroth.
So am I the only one that's utterly disturbed by the destruction of two capitol cities that have been in game since the beginning. I was...ok with the Cata revamp, but I take major issue with losing the Undercity, as well as Darnassus. I think it's a bit too far. Those cities, as well as the starting zones, are my favorite on both Horde and Alliance side for leveling, and Undercity in particular is my home away from Dalaran.I'm also not keen on losing an entire continent's worth of access. What happens to the Exodar? Silvermoon? Brill? Silverpine? I know it's a wait and see, but I'm uneasy right now.
I wanted to see more of the raids and dungeons. Oh well, polar bear thanks bye.
Tactical AI sounds very engaging. Think I'll enjoy that a lot, and I missed Scenarios and will be very happy to have them back. I loved the scenario system in MOP and miss it. So very glad they're bringing it back like this!
3 man scenarios back! Awesome
stat squish....?
Did anyone else think this panel was way too short?
Are those... g-g-ggg... garrisons? :o NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO :'((
So this is where our "artifact traits" have gone. I'm glad to see we still have some of that.
Pumped for the return of scenarios, they've been noticeably absent during Warlords/Legion.
I honestly like the idea of small RNG in MMO, because you know, you want to be rewarded out of blue sometimes. But new design seems interesting.
RTS Gameplay in MMO... I really hope it wont end up like Ashran or it won't be dead by the end of the expansion. I honestly don't want to collect stuff like we did in Broken Shore either, it wasn't really how it looked. (Built your garrison as faction!) However, if it's something you can keep after every battle, like you build a garrison, you fight with people of same level garrison. You collect resources, with your peons, defending them, assaulting enemy peons etc. A strategy game would be actually nice idea.
Seems that we have some challanging stuff ahead of us with the islands :D
I really like the social features of communities. Looking forward to an achievement and pet group! XD
The Warfronts gonna be exciting as hell, I hope! First person Warcraft III, here we come :)
RTS in a RPG and more RNG, lovely :/
This is going to be Amazing, and like all expacs before it , it will be a learning curve and it will be a contentious change in adding an rts element. But I see this as adding something new and at the same time something that is reminiscent of the original Warcraft game taking it back to its roots without taking from the WOW we all know.. I mean change isn't always bad. As for rng.. well I could cross the road and be hit by a car, or find money in the street, or be mugged, rng in games just mimics this and while in some cases we'd all like to see less of it, it is an integral part of the game.
My guess is that they might release it 154 days after the Argus raid opens. :D
