How the Tormented Seasonal Mythic+ Affix Works - Get Anima Powers from Lieutenants!

Players will get powerful Anima Powers from killing 4 new lieutenants in Mythic+ dungeons, similar to the Awakened Affix. Below, we're breaking down everything we know about which Anima Powers are in the pool and how difficult the Lieutenants are.
Although the Anima Powers are similar to the ones in Torghast, early testing indicates that these Anima Powers are not RNG.

4 new Lieutenants are available to kill in the dungeon.
When you kill a lieutenant, you get an Anima Power.
For every lieutenant still up when the final boss is pulled, it will apply an aura that will make the final boss harder.
Tormented Mythic+ Affix New Lieutenants
There are 4 additional lieutenants throughout the dungeon. Unlike Awakened, lieutenants are present in the dungeon and require no additional clicking to be done. These lieutenants have very few abilities and seem to be rather easy to kill, however they may be out of the way. The lieutenants are listed on your map and minimap.
Some additional information about lieutenants:
They do not reset health on wipe.
They have true sight.
They do not give count.
Lieutenant Auras and Final Boss
Each lieutenant has a unique aura that will apply to the entire party while the lieutenant is engaged before the final boss. When the final boss is pulled, each lieutenant that is still alive will apply its aura to the final boss, making it much harder!
These auras are:
50% Movement Speed Reduction
Damage over Time Effect
50% Reduced Healing
50% Increased Physical Damage Taken
These auras will apply individually for every lieutenant that you left alive. Leave all four Lieutenants up and you'll have to deal with a final boss that applies all 4 auras to you!

is pretty straightforward. However, you may want to make sure that you have extra room to work with due to the fire patches that he leaves on the ground. Every 3 patches, the oldest patch will expire.

This lieutenant's aura doesn't do too much and makes this lieutenant quite easy. He's probably the easiest of the four.

which causes players to have take 50% increased physical damage.
His other abilities are as follows:

This lieutenant increases physical damage, but this lieutenant really only autos the tank as the rest of his abilities are avoidable. He's also pretty easy.
Carnefice Varruth

's aura is

which causes players to receive 50% less healing.
His other abilities are as follows:
Squarcio
- Deals high physical damage to the tank and leaves a short bleed effect.
Carneficina
- Deals high physical damage to the target and nearby targets, leaving a short bleed effect for every taret hit.
This lieutenant is rough and probably the toughest out of the four, due to 50% reduced healing and some unavoidable bleeds.
Anima Powers
Whenever you defeat a lieutenant, your entire party gets to choose an Anima Power for the rest of the run! The Anima Powers are
role
dependent, so tanks won't get mana restoration Anima Powers for example. In addition, the Anima Powers are
not
RNG from early reports, with players of the same role getting the same offerings of Anima Powers from each lieutenant.

General Anima Powers

Magic damage taken is reduced by 15%.
