The next segment of the Horde War Campaign has been added on the Battle for Azeroth Beta. The following set of quests continue the War Campaign after you set up your footholds in Kul Tiras.
The first part of the War Campaign is to establish the mission table and set up footholds in each Alliance zone.

Part 4: Death of a Tidesage
Part 5: At the Bottom of the Sea
Finale: The Strike on Boralus
Uniting Zandalar
From the end of the last time, we must now unite Zandalar. You must have achieved Friendly with the 3 factions of the zones:
Nazmir:
Spedizione di Talanji
- Princess Talanji and her allies fight to protect Zandalar from the onslaught of the Blood Trolls.
Vol'dun:
Voldunai
- Comprised of exiles and scavengers, the Voldunai use their knowledge of the sands to thrive where others would wither and die.
Zuldazar:
Impero degli Zandalari
- The oldest empire of Azeroth, the Zandalari are powerful trolls who bargain with fearsome loa and whose navy is unmatched on the Great Sea.
If you quested in each zone, you'll have enough reputation to finish this quest instantly. If not, many quests can award up to 500 reputation.
Turning this in awards you with
Fischietto del Maestro di Volo
and unlocks World Quests in all 6 zones.
Tiragarde Sound
With our partnership with the Zandalari almost secured, it's time to head to the Alliance zones to try to stop them from securing their own naval force. We meet Nathanos in Plunder Harbor, the Tiragarde Sound foothold, but decide that we need to establish a more suitable base of operations towards the west.
Lilian Voss
accompanies you and Nathanos on this questline.
Timberfell Outpost
Heading west, we find a nice outpost on top of a hill in central Tiragarde Sound. It's well-hidden in the forest and the locals are loggers. Once we kill enough, the rest flee and securing our outpost and unlocking a new Flight Point.
The Threat of Bridgeport
Right next to our new outpost is Bridgeport, the largest threat in the area. We are tasked by Lilian with spying on the denizens of Bridgeport by eavesdropping on important conversations. While we're there, Nathanos also wants to improve the camp to set up proper Forsaken tents and banners and gives us a quest to collect chains and bolts of canvas.
We eavesdrop on three conversations in different locations and here is what we overhear:
Guard #1
: Careful there, John. That gunpowerd'll blow your hand clean off.
John
: What? This is a BOMB? I thought it was an avocado.
Captain Stone
: Are those gunpowder shipments in from the Ashvane Foundry?
Guard #2
: Y-yes, Captain Stone.
Captain Stone
: Well, load them onto the ship! These explosives are a safety hazard.
Guard #2
: Of course, Captain.
Guard #3
: Sure am glad we got assigned out here today.
Guard #4
: Captain Stone's really worked up about something.
Guard #4
: I heard it has something to do with all those crates we've been getting from the Ashvane.
Ashvane Foundry
Lilian Voss is interested in the explosives so it's time to go check out their place of origin, the Ashvane Foundry. We "test" some crates and find out they are very explosive and Lilian tasks us with the next set of quests.
Retrieve 8 crates of explosives.
Kill 15 Foundry Workers
Retrieve the Ashvane Explosive Formula and the Gunpowder Manufacturing Guide.
The Trap
In order to neutralize the threat of Bridgeport, we're going to put those explosives to work. We set down these explosives to the south-west of Bridgeport, hidden behind a tree.
We head back to Lilian, get on a horse with her and ride right through Bridgepart, grabbing the attention of all the nearby guards and Captain Stone herself before heading in the direction of our trap. With the explosives hidden behind a tree, we get the guards and Captain Stone to chase up across the bridge and around the corner.
Then, Lilian Voss throws a torch onto the explosives, killing everything that was chasing us.
Back at Timberfell
Turning in the questline triggers an interesting conversation between Nathanos and Lilian.
Nathanos Blightcaller
: Brilliant work %n. Now, where is Lilian?
<Lilian arrives with a coffin containing the body of Captain Stone>
Lilian Voss
: My lord. I've retrieved the body.
Nathanos Blightcaller
: Mostly Intact?
Lilian Voss
: Intact enough.
Nathanos Blightcaller
: Load it into the wagon, then. You're proving more useful than I'd anticipated, Miss Voss.
Nathanos Blightcaller
: Hello, Captain Stone. How I look forward to meeting you.
<Lilian drags the coffin to the wagon>
Next Steps: Drustvar
After completing this section of the War Campaign, it's time to head to Drustvar. Having already obtained the body of Captain Stone, Nathanos now wants to extract the body of a Kul Tiran war hero from the Barrowknoll Cemetery to gain information on the Kul Tiran fleet.
The rest of the questchain is bugged for now, but we've datamined some interesting broadcast text related to Lilian. She appears to help a dying member of the Tiragarde transform into a Forsaken, and has interesting speeches on Forsaken pride and identity.
Tidesage's wife: The Horde... are you here to take more from me? My husband is dying, I'm penniless... just leave my children be, please.
Lilian: All I want to know is where your husband, the tidesage, went. I promise no harm will come to any of you.
Tidesage's wife: <sniff> What does it matter... he went east, to the lookout, to die in peace, away from the children. Please, just leave us be.
Tidesage: <cough> The Horde. Here I thought I would... <cough>... die in peace. Well? What are you waiting for?
Lilian: $n is right, sort of. You won't get hurt if you help us, preferably before you die.
Tidesage: One of the Forsaken. I didn't think - <cough>. Tell me, miss...?
Lilian: Lilian Voss. I'm the one asking the questions. Can you track people? Objects?
Tidesage: Miss Voss. Did you retain any sicknesses, any diseases that you had in life when you were returned?
Lilian: Do not try my patience, or I'll make you wish your disease already killed you. I need to see how good your magic is before we go any further.
Tidesage: <cough> I... I will do what I can, Miss Voss. You want someone or something located, correct? Let me see...
Lilian: Good. Prove how useful you can be to the Horde and we'll see how much longer we let you live this life.
Tidesage: Is my family safe?
Lilian: They are safe. It is your choice how safe they stay.
Miss Voss, can you answer my question? When you become Forsaken, are you purged of any sicknesses?
Lilian: It's not exactly a science, becoming Forsaken. You might stay the same, become a completely different person... or maybe you might actually just die.
Tidesage: Ah... I assume you intend to make me Forsaken at the end of this ordeal, do you not? I heard what you did to Captain Stone.
Lilian: You're smart, Zelling. What are you after, asking all these questions about what it's like to be Forsaken?
Tidesage: A second chance for my family, Miss Voss.
Lilian: I do not like what you are insinuating, Zelling.
Lilian: No person should think of the Forsaken as a second chance for anything.
Lilian: I'm just covering my bases. Wouldn't look good if you're turned to a Forsaken and can't do the one thing we need you for.
Tidesage: You said it is possible to not survive the process? Or that I may change?
Lilian: Not only possible, it's likely. This isn't some cure all, Zelling, it's a curse. No one should want this.
Tidesage: Want is a strong word. It is something that... I am willing to endure, if only to help my family.
Tidesage: A family that will bring great suffering and retribution to any who would bring harm to us.
Miss Voss, <cough> please... bring me back... I must help my family... I'll do anything... anything...
What? Your family will think you're a monster, don't be ridiculous!
You'll be shunned if you become one of us. You look in a mirror and all you'll see is a monster.
Please... I need to... take care... of my family... no matter what.
I would... damn my soul... for all eternity... if it meant my family's happiness... please! You must...
You... must...
Did Captain Stone go mad when she turned? I'm well aware of what happened to her.
We all go a little mad when we become Forsaken. Some more than others.
But part of you survived, correct?
Painfully.
Lilian: Alright, Zelling. Do you understand, truly understand, what's about to happen?
Tidesage: Yes! Eternal life, granted to me at last, I am ready for it!
Lilian: It's time, Zelling. I'll make this quick.
Tidesage: <wheeze> There's no need to stain your blades. I'll only be a few more moments. Why don't we speak until then?
Lilian: Fine. I have something I want to know, anyway.
Lilian: Are you sure you want to do this? You know your family will think you're a monster, you'll never be able to see them.
Tidesage: Miss Voss, <cough> it was never about seeing them. It was about supporting them. I'll be sending any gold I earn to them... if I don't go crazy first.
Lilian: ... Your kids are lucky to have a father like you, Zelling.
Tidesage: So they were. <cough>Tell me what it's like, Miss Voss. Maybe to just soothe the nerves.
Lilian: Terrible. Those that don't shun you will never treat you the same again. You look in a mirror and all you'll see is a monster, something that isn't you.
Lilian: But... there is a bond in this curse, shared by all Forsaken. A bond that makes us family in this torment. A family that will never go away.
Unknown: Lilian, do what you must with Zelling.
Unknown: I won't take part in making this man Forsaken, you deal with it.
Lilian: $n, I'll deal with the body. You return to Nathanos, let him know everything is proceeding according to plan.
Unknown: Lilian. He's gone. What do you intend to do?
Lilian: I made a promise to ask Sylvanas to bring him back. The Horde I believe in honors promises.
Unknown: As does the one I believe in. Until we meet again, Lilian Voss.
Lilian Voss. Why have you called upon me?
Lilian. We can find other tidesages. You know his family won't accept him.
Bring this man back. He has been chosen to become Forsaken.
As you command, by the power granted to you from Lady Sylvanas.
I... I live! Haha! I must go see Julia and the children, they will be delighted!
... I guess we'll have to see what happens now.
For the last time, STAY BACK! You are NOT my husband!
Why won't you UNDERSTAND?! It's me, your husband... children it's your daddy!
Momma I'm scared of the zombie!
Stay away!
Daddy is right here, just listen to my voice! Why aren't you understanding this?!
Keep it away!
Momma help us!
THAT'S ENOUGH!
I... I...
I don't know who you are, but my husband NEVER tried to hurt me or his children. We are leaving... do not follow us!
Quiet!
Get it away!
Leave us be!
Make the monster go away!
No... Julia... Matthew... Hannah... what have I done? What.. am I?
Lilian tries to show Zelling how he can still survive as a Forsaken even without the love of his family:
I tried to warn you, Zelling. The process changes you. People won't accept you anymore.
And what am I left with? Become a mindless servant to Sylvanas?
You serve no one. Join the Forsaken and carve your own path. You'll be amongst those who accept you for what you've become.
I will join the you... and help you find Captain Valentine. As long as you promise that my family remains unharmed.
You have my word. Come. $n, return to Nathanos and inform him that we have what we need.
