During the final Legion moments, a raid group composed
only
by
Discipline Priests
managed to clear some bosses on both Heroic and Normal Antorus, including Normal
Argus l'Annihilateur
!

How the Group was Formed
There was a really short time period for signing up for this since we decided rather late that we'd even try to attempt it. On Thursday last week, we began to gather up names on a sign-up sheet to collect some basic information to contact participants. For those who signed up, we took a poll of what timeframe worked best for most and used the time that a majority of people could make. After a couple days of the poll being up, we landed on 8-11PM EST for the run.
During the Raid
We had about 25 people turn out for the run. We kept a group finder open to invite anyone who wanted to join on-the-fly. We intended on doing a Heroic clear, but as you'll see, there were some challenges presented to us.
Heroic Garothi
This fight was actually really easy. We had a few people stand in melee range but for the most part, we had one person "tanking" (highest DPS). We would rotate
Mot de pouvoir : Bouclier
on the person with Aggro.
Mot de pouvoir : Bouclier
was about a 1M absorb per shield, so 20-25 of them every 6 seconds was pretty powerful. We had no issues dealing with the mechanics on this fight and there wasn't any special strategy for it.
Heroic Felhounds of Sargeras
Similar to Garothi, this fight was rather easy. We split groups and made sure that each group was far enough away that if someone pulled threat that dogs would not get too close to one another.
Heroic Antoran High Command
We didn't get a kill on this boss, unfortunately. The initial part of the fight was simple enough. We DPS'd the boss and Pyromancers but let the pods deal with the melee whirlwind adds. Our biggest challenge with this fight was the number of adds that spawned and the amount of DPS we needed to slowly take off the boss to handle that. I think if we had more time we would have been able to hammer out a strategy for a kill but for sake of time (this was only a 3-hour run) we decided to move onto H Aggramar.
Heroic Aggramar
While we had a good strategy in the works on this fight, we did not get a kill. The major issues we had on this encounter had to deal with add management during intermissions and the tank swap mechanic for techniques. Due to time limitations, we decided to switch to Normal mode.
Normal Garothi
Not much to say here, the fight was easy on heroic and was easier on normal.
Normal Aggramar
This fight was actually somewhat challenging and required a couple attempts to hammer out issues with the tank swap. We ended up getting shields on the person tanking it going into the first technique on tanks. After the first technique on tanks, we had the raid stack to take the cleave and after the cleave, we had every priest fade except for the person who would take the 2nd tank technique. This allowed us to prevent folks from dying and made the fight pretty trivial. Adds during the intermission were easily killed before reaching the boss.

Normal Argus the Unmaker
Having sorted out tanking with a full priest group, we had a pretty easy time with Argus. We pushed P1 easily and had no issues with P2. Our major issue was during the "intermission" phase with the different adds. The two large adds needed to be separated and focused down as quickly as we could while multi-dotting the other adds in the room to ensure we killed everything in time. P4 got a little bit rough in terms of the amount of damage going out, but thankfully we had 20+ healers :D.

Some things we figured out
Mot de pouvoir : Bouclier
on CD on the "tank" was really powerful. A 1M absorb for each shield (20-25 people) every 6 seconds helped make any kind of tank damage trivial.
Disparition
swapping required a bit of coordination but worked extremely well when we sorted it out.
"Defensively Smiting" actually existed. Because of the
talent, when a Priest casts
Châtiment
it creates a debuff that absorbs the bosses next hit. This helped us on heroic High Command during our attempts since the boss tended to whack people pretty quick after respawning.
Discipline DPS is a bit lackluster over longer encounters. Mana drain was an actual concern over longer fights. Overall I think we did quite good DPS (somewhere between 1.3-1.6M DPS).
