Uther and Rhonin NPCs have received updated armor sets in the latest Battle for Azeroth build. We are unsure where these NPCs will appear in-game, possibly a flashback.

just received a visual update and we received several related NPCs -
Uther el Iluminado

Arthas
. Lich King flashback incoming?
Rhonin
Rhonin died in the attack on Theramore, but Jaina encounters a vision of him in
Thros, the Blighted Lands
.
Rey Varian Wrynn
also appears as a vision in the Thros scenario, but doesn't have updated armor.
