Updates to the Horde Battle for Darkshore Introduction Quest - Spoilers

Significant changes were made to the
Horde introduction questline
to the Battle for Darkshore Warfront. These changes seem to be a reply from Blizzard to the feedback received from the community to its initial version.
Tides of Vengeance Spoilers
A few weeks ago, players were able to test the initial quests for
Alliance
and
Horde
to the new Battle for Darkshore Warfront. The questlines, however, got players upset due to some lore inconsistencies and questionable choices, many of which, in this build, were altered.
The Alliance Introduction questline was also changed on a couple of builds ago.

These concerns from the community were well grouped by Ian Bates, from

. Based on that feedback, the following changes happened in the current iteration, compared to the initial one:
Many of the fallen Night Elf troops now refuse to be raised as Forsaken during

now awards you the
Ersatzgugel der Dunklen Waldläufer
toy.
Before engaging Tyrande herself on
Finstere Nacht
, she invokes empowered troops.
Tyrande is much more competent as the Night Warrior, using a lot of new moon magic.
At the end of the
Nachspiel
quest, you will receive the
Brynjas Laterne
toy.

During the quest
Der Waldläufer dunkle Wiederkehr
, you are required to raise fallen Night Elf troops into Forsaken. Before the changes, all dead troops would be raised without too much issue. Now, many of the Night Elves refuse to become Forsaken, releasing
Wütender Irrwisch
s when they die. This plays into the idea that there is no mind control involved when raising Night Elves into Forsaken - they need to be willing to be raised.
The troops willing to be raised will now have a shadowy aura around their corpse.
Additionally, completing
Wütender Irrwisch
will award you the
Ersatzgugel der Dunklen Waldläufer
toy, which will transform you into a Dark Ranger for 10 minutes.
This toy is currently usable by Alliance characters.
On the quest
Finstere Nacht
, Tyrande is now much less of a pushover. She initially invokes moon-empowered troops to deal with you.
When Tyrande herself engages you and Nathanos in combat, she is much more powerful, using of new moon magic with abilities like
Dunkel des Mondes
and
Finsternis
. Brynja enters into battle once Nathanos find himself empowered, which eventually leads to her death at the hands of Tyrande and Malfurion. Nathanos uses this distraction to summon flying bats to get away from the fight.
When completing
Nachspiel
, you will receive the
Brynjas Laterne
toy. This toy will transform all Spirit Healers into Val'kyr for a day.
This toy is currently usable by Alliance characters.
