Updated Notable NPC Models in the Battle for Azeroth Pre-Expansion Patch

In the Battle for Azeroth pre-expansion patch, some well-known NPCs are getting model updates, including leaders like Anduin, Jaina, and Liadrin. Night Elf Archers have also received armor updates, resembling their appearance from the original cinematic.
In this post we'll cover all the important updated NPCs in 8.0 with model viewer links. We also covered

Anduin
Anduin continues to grow up, with a new character model, horse, and weapon. We learned a lot more about Anduin's motivations and style of leadership in the recent novel
Before the Storm
.
Grommash Hellscream
Grommash Hellscream plays a key role in the
recruitment scenario
for the
Mag'har Orc Allied Race
. When we go back to AU Draenor, a long amount of time has elapsed so we find Grommash aged with grey hair.
Jaina Proudmoore
Jaina is coming back in a major way in the expansion, playing a large role in diplomacy between Kul Tiras and Stormwind. You can learn more about her story (spoilers) in the
Alliance Scenario Preview
and
Thros the Blighted Lands
quests.
There are new models of Jaina with and without a cloak, as well as variants with an anchor necklace, representing her allegiance to Kul Tiras.
Lady Liadrin
All older models of Lady Liadrin now have golden eyes, instead of green eyes, which is fitting as
golden eyes are added as a character customization option
. Models of Liadrin in newer Battle for Azeroth zones have new armor resembling her Hearthstone artwork, along with custom weapons.
Night Elf Archers
The Night Elf Archer NPCs in Battle for Azeroth have received new armor, closely resembling the armor from the original Warcraft cinematic.
Rexxar
Rexxar is coming back to play a role in the
Horde War Campaign
.
Rhonin
Rhonin died in the attack on Theramore, but Jaina encounters a vision of him in
Thros, the Blighted Lands
.
Uther
Uther's Statue and Tomb
just received a visual update and we received several related NPCs -
