Method has claimed the World First Mythic Uldir clear by taking down Mythic G'huun! After over a week of progress in Mythic Uldir, the final boss has gone down. Congratulations to them!

EU World First
Mythic G'huun survived the weekly reset! The NA 7/8 Mythic guild Limit decided to extend their lockout, in an attempt to use their Weekly Caches and a Vantus Rune to try to muster the kill before Method. Last night, the GM of Limit,
Maximum
and raider
Xyronic
tweeted out that they had achieved a 1% wipe last night. However with the Weekly Reset, there was also a large number of Azerite Trait nerfs, as well as a Vantus Rune nerf -- was this enough to offset the 1% wipe?
However, almost a day later with the EU reset, Method decided to reclear right away and got to G'huun relatively quickly. After some very close wipes, including a 3.3% and a 1.8% wipe, they finally got the kill!
Some interesting notes about this race is that while EU and NA started the race at different times due to server restart times, they received boss hotfixes at the same time, such as for Fetid Devourer. The server reset allowed Limit to swap their Vantus Runes to G'huun and acquire extra gear provided by the weekly caches to increase their item level. However, if they recleared, would that have helped them?
