专注打击 debuff is now applied to flag carriers once both team's flags have been picked up starting at the 1-minute mark (down from 3 minutes).

You can choose to only see significant tweets, hand-picked by Wowhead staff

You can show or hide someone's twitter feed by clicking on the green checkmark or red X to the left of a name.

You can choose to see all of a user's tweets, including mentions and conversation tweets. Sometimes Blizzard devs include useful information in conversations, so it could be useful to enable both "Show @ replies" and "Show significant tweets."
