神选者 - This achievement will be moved to a Feat of Strength in Patch 8.0

First Aid Achievements - First Aid achievements have been moved to Legacy which indicates they may be unobtainable in the prepatch.

Legion Elite PvP Sets - The 7.3 Elite Transmogs will become unobtainable.

Mage Tower Appearances - Any Mage Tower appearances not obtained by 8.0 will become unobtainable. Need help? Check out our guides.

Ashran and Strand of the Ancients - Both zones will be retiring. If you have any achievements that you want, it's time to get them now!

Pet Charms - If you want to buy Battle Stones, buy them before the Pre-Patch! Find out more here.

The Raid Mount is given to a random member of the raid who does not already have the mount.

With the Mythic Gul'dan mount (魔化炎狱核心), you can trade it with PL. However, this currently does NOT work with the Argus mount (带镣铐的乌祖尔). For guilds who are selling the Argus mount, it's important to make sure that every person in the raid already owns the mount.

Legacy Loot ModeBattle for Azeroth will return

The number of items dropped by bosses will be the same as if you were in a full party.

Flexible raid sizes will act if there were 20 players.

All items on the loot table can drop, not just ones designated for your spec.

War Mode

In the open world, you will only see players that also have War Mode turned on.

You get 10% increased experince and currencies (Honor, Gold, Resources, AP).

You get to use your PvP Talents in the Open World

Many of these traits are reused in the Battle for Azeroth Pre-Patch as core abilities or talents and you can find out more in our Artifact Traits Returning in Battle for Azeroth Guide.

Artifact Skins that required specific Prestige Levels now require Honor Levels instead. You'll receive one PvP tint at 荣誉等级10级, 荣誉等级30级, 荣誉等级50级, 荣誉等级80级.

Druids will be able to transmog their special Artifact forms through a new option in the dropdown menu called "Artifact Pair"

Class Raid Buffs and Class Dispel Utility

First are Primary Stat Buffs which can be buffed by 法师, 牧师 and 战士
法师: 奥术智慧 - Infuses the target with brilliance, increasing their Intellect by 10% for 1 hour. If target is in your party or raid, all party and raid members will be affected.

牧师: 真言术：韧 - Infuses the target with vitality, increasing their Stamina by 10% for 1 hour. If the target is in your party or raid, all party and raid members will be affected.

战士: 战斗怒吼 - Increases the Strength and Agility of all raid and party members within 100 yards by 10% for 1 hour.

Damage Modifier Debuffs武僧恶魔猎手

武僧: 玄秘掌 - Your damage weakens the target, increasing Physical damage taken by 5%.

恶魔猎手: 混乱烙印 - Your Chaos/Fire damage brands the target, increasing magic damage taken by 5%.

Dispel and Purge Utility is being added

恶魔猎手 have 吞噬魔法 as a Magic Purge joining Mage, Priest, Shaman and Warlock (Felhunter).

法师 have 解除诅咒 back as a Curse Removal joining Druid and Shaman.

猎人 and 德鲁伊 have regained the ability to Dispel Enrage effects using 安抚 and Hunter Pets respectively.

Poisons can still be dispelled by Druid, Monk and Paladin.

Diseases can still be dispelled by Monk, Paladin and Priest.

Class Systems Changes

Individual buttons for Druid travel forms.
Each individual Druid travel form now has its own passive ability, meaning druids can glyph different forms for each of their travel forms.

The majority of class cooldowns have been added to the GCD

Abilities that are in the Global Cooldown, or GCD, cannot be used at the same time, meaning you must wait for the default GCD, 1.5s reduced by haste, until you can use your next ability.

Before BfA, many abilities were called "off-GCD" as you could two or more of them at the same time, even in the same button macro. For BfA, Blizzard started to reduce to amount of abilities in this state.

All melee abilities now scale with both Attack Power and Weapon Damage

The actual ability damage formula for all non-casters has changed, and now all those abilities use both weapon damage and attack power, even abilities like 盾牌猛击 or 凛风冲击.

This appears to be intended to create a better balance between classes, rather than some favoring weapons heavily (战士), while others hardly at all (武僧).

Bleed and Poison ticks now scale with Haste

Bleeds and poisons from 德鲁伊, 潜行者, and 战士 were the only over time effects not affected by haste, which is being changed in Battle for Azeroth.

Hunter pets have set specializations, which offer different types of utility, and several pet families have changed specs

Hunter pets are receiving an overhaul in BfA to improve their utility and streamline their usability.

Battle for Azeroth has a huge stat and ilvl squish.

Battle for Azeroth implements the second stat squish for World of Warcraft, two expansions after the Warlords of Draenor Squish.

Unlike Warlords, Battle for Azeroth will also have an item level squish, changing the item level previously found on classic items as well.

Tank Threat has been massively reduced

Battle for Azeroth reduces the Threat of all tank specializations by ~75% from it's Legion counterparts.

PvP Talents are available in the Open World if War Mode is turned on.

With the new War Mode feature, PvP talents can be used while questing.

PvP Talents Guide

生存意志 Cooldown changed from 2 min cooldown to 3 min cooldown. Shared cooldown increased from 30s to 90s.

奥术洪流 No longer interrupts, instead attempts to remove a beneficial effect from all nearby enemies. Now on the GCD

If you are an Orc, it will allow you to choose the Upright Posture!
You can currently preview the upright Orcs, as well as their animations in Wowhead's Dressing Room and selecting the "Use upright posture".
