Cooldown of 龙火陷阱 increased to ~34 seconds (was 30.5 seconds)

Impact of the Changes

Less Mechanics - There will be 1 less trap set and 3 less bomb sets before Enrage at ~5:30. Good for melee uptime, and less time having someone run away clearing bombs. This may also lead guilds to avoid using 3 tanks anymore and in general 4 more spaces in the room at the end of the encounter.

Consistent Spell Queueing - Depending on how Zskarn felt, he could change the order of his abilities based on spell queueing, leading to different encounters. These changes should remove those opportunities for him to mess up his spell queue by completing avoiding overlaps where his ability cooldowns line up.

Avoiding Overlaps - Speaking of overlaps, the difficult overlaps of Traps (4) + Lines + Knock and Tactical Destruction (2) + Traps (5) have been spaced out, leading to more time between mechanics.
