Every 10 seconds after casting Divine Toll you cast it again at 60% effectiveness. This effect lasts 30 seconds.
This seems insane. I assume this fires 5 extra every 10 seconds, and that those 5 deal 60% damage, instead of 100%.
Or it could mean it fires 3, instead of 5, at 100% effectiveness.
For all Paladin specs, this means 5 extra HP, every 10 seconds. You fire off Divine toll -> 5 HP -> 10 secs later, another 5 -> 10 secs later, another 5 -> 10 secs later, another 5. That is absolutely insane.
For Holy Paladin, this also means more Glimmer procs.
For Prot Paladin, this also means more silence in PvE, with the avengers shields
For Ret Paladin, this means insane burst, since you're just swimming in HP.
This could cast again at 0% effectiveness, and it would still be busted, since the main effect you want this for, is the HUGE HOLY POWER GENERATION. That is 5 holy power, 3 times. So 15 extra holy power.
I assume that is how it works. This was just added to PTR. I assume the only thing the 60% effectiveness is affecting, is the damage numbers.
It could also mean that instead of 5 Holy Shock, or Judgements, you "only" fire 3 extra. 3 extra, 3 times. That is 9 extra holy power. It would still be insanely good.

Divine Resonance simply put is insanely broken. I find it hard to believe that this legendary in its current state will make it live. Paladins already have an insanely powerful legendary in Shock Barrier and this completely eclipses it. This legendary, if it works as the tooltip suggest,s would make Kyrian the go to choice in all scenarios, due to just how insane of a throughput gain it is. It almost triples the value of Divine Toll giving you an extra 9 Holy Shocks, and 9 holy power per minute which is massive. Fortunately (Unfortunately?) this legendary has lots of tuning nobs here. You can reduce the effectiveness of each Divine Toll further, you can have less triggers in the 30 second window. There's a lot they can (and likely will) do to nerf it. I would expect the theme of the legendary to stick around however (small Divine Tolls triggering on a timer) which could be a cool mechanic to play around.

Curious to see what the venthyr one is going to be, as this may knock venthyr out of the running for M+, as even at 20% effectiveness, that's still 5 holy power every ten seconds for 30 seconds, along with free healing. Unless its going to work in the sense of just putting out one free holy shock each time.

Each time it auto-cast a judgment/avenger shield/holy shock (it's a single cast for each spell), the cooldown gets reseted to 1 min, making this a 1:30 cd.- While it's not entirely bad for balance purposes, since the autocast receives the increased damage/healing bonuses from Divine Toll, i would still ask if this is intended or has to be fixed.

Seems good for general purposes, but my predictions with its current text is that it will be weak for Execution Sentence builds.
"After casting Divine Toll, you instantly cast Judgement every 5 sec. This effect lasts 30 sec."
This is just 1 free Judgement during the Execution Sentence window. Incredibly weak when compared to 15% extra on TV/FV or 20% extra on Divine Storm
For Holy Paladins, however, this legendary seems incredibly strong for healing throughput, but I have a hard time justifying it over the damage prevention the Holy Shock legendary provides or the AOE healing strengths the Light of Dawn legendary gives.
For now, this legendary is a 'pass' for me, unless there's some tweaks made.

As of patch 9.1 with about 2 weeks before 48 Renown. There is no way this gets released at this state. Too OP unfortunately..

I think this got changed, and I didn't see any patch notes or hot-fix notes. The tool tip now indicates that the duration is 15 seconds instead of 30. I crafted it to test, and it does indeed only last 15 second (at least in ret spec).

50% nerf... wow. Lets nerf one of the worst melee specs in the game and buff fire mages guys. Good call. If this nerf was intended for PvP then nerf it only in PvP? Would the world end if ret was one of the better melee specs for ^&*!ing ONCE? Anyway, unsubbed. Hope some WoW killer mmo will be a reality soon. The incompetence and narcissism of the remaining devs is through the roof.

As a tank, to avoid pulling extra trash (like the northeastern anima miniboss in
