With regular weekly maintenance in each region, starting in the Americas region tomorrow morning, we're making some adjustments to several specs to address balance issues in the Pre-Patch. Here's a rundown of the changes you'll see in the live game:
- Druid
Restoration
光合作用 now increases rate of all HoTs by 20% (was 15%). - 光合作用 haste effect now affects 百花齐放.
- 栽培 healing is now 10% of spell power per tick (was 12%).
- 强化回春术 healing is now 18% of spell power per tick (was 17%).
- 法师
Arcane
法力护盾 drains 50% of damage as mana (was 20%).
- Monk
真气波 healing increased by 25%. - Windwalker
幻灭踢 damage reduced by 27%.
- 圣骑士
Retribution
All damage abilities have been reduced 3%.
- 牧师
强化惩击 damage reduced by 6%. - 神圣之星 healing increased to 50% of spell power (was 40%).
- Discipline
暗言术:痛 reduced by 9%. - 暗影魔 damage reduced by 16%.
- 摧心魔 damage reduced by 8%.
- Fixed a bug where 诸罪加身 was not increasing 救赎 healing from 暗影魔/摧心魔.
Holy - 联结治疗 now costs 2.4% of mana (was 2.0%).
- 圣言术:赎 cast time increased to 2.5 seconds (was 2 seconds).
- 天使之慈 cooldown reduction increased.

Restoration
暴雨 now stores 30% of healing done (was 25%). - 生命释放 instant healing increased by 26%.

All damage abilities reduced 4%.
Outlaw - All damage abilities reduced 3%.
Subtlety - All damage abilities reduced 4%.
