Spell and Skill Intensity Confirmed - Dynamic Player Skills VFX in Diablo IV

Last year, Blizzard revealed during the Diablo IV Quarterly Blog Update that spells and abilities in Diablo IV would have dynamic visual effects, leveling up with the player. However, eagle-eyed and eager players noticed that these effects weren't on display during Early Access and Open Beta weekends, and many posed the question - did this feature get cut? Thankfully, Diablo IV Associate Art Director Daniel Briggs confirmed on Twitter that these dynamic visual effects will absolutely be in the released game, and explained a bit on how to trigger them!
The comment thread on this Tweet is enlightening - Briggs explains that several different factors can modify a skill, both on and off the skill tree:
This news isn't the only exciting visual effect for skills, however - Druids have their own wild take on things!
Reddit r/Diablo user Pegtz posted their find about our furry friends in animal form, showcasing that Druid bear form changes fur color based off your character's cosmetic customization:
