Minecraft has always been used as a medium for people to recreate buildings and other fun things, often in a grandiose scale. Redditor

recreated the Arathi Basin battleground
!
According to Moosh, the Arathi Basin recreation was actually built a couple months, but decided to just now share screenshots of the map. Him and a friend used Minecraft's Creative Mode, as well as the
WorldEdit Mod
as a way to speed up the building process. Even with the map editing mod, it still took them about a week of building.
Considering player characters in Minecraft occupy a block of space, this Arathi Basin recreation is very close to the WoW version in size! Moosh posted a couple screenshots on Reddit, and commentors on the original Reddit post have requested for a map link. If Moosh provides a link, we will post it here as well.
