This is one of the 2 weapons that I have noticed that were added in Cata, yet have ceased to have any drop locations, or data at all other than their stats. However, I may have a conclusion.
This sword, I found listed under 1 handed swords, yet it is 2 hander. This may mean nothing, but I've noticed that http://www.cuckhead.com/npc=16802# (Lor'themar Theron) has a new model. With this, he has this sword sheathed on his hip.
Another thing I've noticed is 风暴乌鸦之爪, also recently added in the database, yet has ceased to exist. It is said to share a model with the 执政长刀 (Archon Glaive) from ToC. In Mount Hyjal, at the Shrine of Aviana, there are http://www.cuckhead.com/npc=50083# who are essentially guards who have a polearm identical to the Archon Glaive. Now, the bird form for druids is call Storm Crow Form (as seen by the Druid of the Talon spells), and this polearm is named Talon of the Storm Crow.
