Finally a sweet glyph to fill my last slot. This will be nice for PVE Paladins who use Seal of Blood, wich cause you to lose HP.

It depends on which Glyphs you choose. A typical Ret paladin should already have the Glyphs of Judgement, Consecration, and Avenging Wrath to get the most increase in DPS

A Typical ret paladin in PvE should hands down be using Exorcism, Consecration, and Judgement in 3.1 for damage maximization. Survival is issued through 17 points in prot and sacred shield on yourself.
Just to Chime in on the DPS suggestions... Consecration does NOT increase dps, just changes the cooldown to make it more mana efficient and give you a different cast rotation.
I would recommend Judgement, Exorcism and Avenging Wrath (or possibly Seal of Blood if you find yourself running out of mana.. cause u can't dps without mana) for MAX DPS.
But like I said earlier in the post Considering Avenging wrath is only helpful when the mob is near death and probably only usefull durring boss encounters... Glyph of Divine Storm would provide a better raid benefit consistently throughout the entire run than avenging wrath would, unless ofcourse you find yourselves in raids that can't dps the boss down fast enough.... then avenging wrath would be the better choice.

completley wrong. adding a tick to your consecration spell every time you cast it DOES increase damage. if consecration were your highest priority spell, and you were hitting it every cooldown, then you'd be right-then it would only affect the cooldown. since, though, it currently sits below judgement and above exorcism, this glyph makes it so every time you hit it, you get an extra tick of damage out of it. that is more damage. please read theorycraft surrounding glyphs/abilities before spouting nonsense like this again.

edit: and glyph of avenging wrath is trash. any real (not stupid) paladin picks judgement, exorcism, and then consecrate (pure damage) or seal of blood (if mana is an issue) as their third glyph. the AW glyph, ON PAPER, CAPS out at 50dps value. thats as much as judgement, exo, and cons glyphs give. but, judge/exo/cons glyphs are consistent, where AW glyph is a gamble and will probably result in lost dps by trying to hold your AW for <20%

Consecration rank 8 does 2461 holy dmg over 8 sec which means 307-308 dmg per tick (307.625) the glyph makes it last 2 sec longer and therefore should cause consecration to deal 2461 holy dmg over 10 sec this means 246-247 dmg per tick.
Oddly enough it seems to go against it's tooltip and maintain 370-308 dmg per tick.
This i cannot explain other than poor developers at blizz...
consecration's tooltip SHOULD say "deals 308 holy damage per sec" then adding a tick or 2 would increase total damage done by that 1 cast.
But STILL NO MATTER HOW U SLICE IT... DOES NOT INCREASE THE SPELLS DAMAGE ABOVE IT'S CURRENT. Adding more dps cause u can't get your rotation right... maybe but it doesn't increase spell dmg.
Currently consecration sits at an 8 sec cooldown.. the SAME as judgement. untill u put on a teir set 5/5 & change ur judgement cd.
Either way there is only DPS increase if u can't maintain a constant consecration cast spam. but depending on wther u are fighting multiple mobs or 1 target your priority on rotation should be clear & u shouldn't miss a rotation of your high priotiry spell nomatter what it's CD.
And yes Avenging wrath sucks if i was not clear on that before as i was tying to make it a last choice glyph & suggect that u should take divine storm over avenging wrath.

glyph of cons increases the damage per mana (dpm) of consecration (it is worth about 108mp5 according to Elitist Jerks) and makes your rotation a LOT smoother.
GCD clashes WILL happen, a lot
a lot as in pretty much all the time
any time where you do not have to reapply cons (one of the highest dmg abilities, yes even on a single target) is time you can spend to do another judgement/CS/DS/exo which you couldn't have otherwise, without losing any dmg from cons
so it's a net dmg gain
given that there are GCD clashes every few seconds that should make quite a lot of people reconsider their glyph choices
according to EJ it's the preferred 3rd slot glyph for retribution, and if you are still skeptical, instead of arguing just try it out, it's what I did, the glyph-cost isn't gonna break your walllet and you might just improve your damage even further while trying out something new

Old Glyph: Glyph of Templars Verdict
This is now a nice glyph to add for more dmg per holy power
with my simple math I calculated how much you gain for each holy power charge.
how I calculate: (_._ _x1.15) - _._ _ = +y.y y% dmg
1 Holy Power: 0.22x1.15-0.22=0.033= +3.3% dmg
2 Holy Power: 0.74x1.15-0.74=0.111= +11.1% dmg
3 Holy Power: 1.50x1.15-1.50=0.225= +25.5% dmg
I hope this isn't one of those things that adds the % directly into the skill: 22+15=37 as that would make my calculations wrong and missleading.
Prove me wrong or confirm it :) I'll accept both.
If the glyph multiply the dmg then 3 holy charges is when you get the most out of it and 1 charge gives the least.
If the glyph simply adds the % dmg then 1 holy charge gets most out of this glyph and 3 gets least.
My Cent is for the glyph is Multiplied to the skill.
New glyph: Glyph of divine storm, just adds self healing to the ability
Edit: Now ALL the text is pointless except for historical interest. Just gray vendor trash.

In Mists of Pandaria this glyph has BACK to Glyph of Divine Storm. This glyph was changed to Templar's Verdict from the original Glyph of Divine Storm
(Your Divine Storm now heals for an additional 15% of the damage it causes)
in patch 4.0.1.
In Mists, Divine Storm is no longer a talent but is a trainable spell. It uses holy power and the healing component of Divine Storm has been removed.

This comment is for the 5.0.4 Mists of Pandaria version of the glyph (most of the comments here are outdated). Just a note that unlike the old Divine Storm, you gain the 5% healing just by using it. You don't need to hit anything to get the healing component.
