the Stormtop Shalemaw at 57.85, 33.17 in Rambleshire, Isle of Dorn are great for farming this. they're in packs of 3-5 which makes it faster than some other areas.

One of my favorite place to farm leather is in hallowfall, at the west of veneration grounds. There is a lot of mobs. Feral Sharpclaw, shalehorn and Light-bathed eagle all drop leather. It is around /way HallowFall 26.67 52.51
