This guide provides tips and strategies for defeating the Za'qul encounter in Normal Difficulty in Azshara's Eternal Palace. Changes to the fight for the other difficulties are listed below in their respective sections, including tips and strategies for dealing with the new mechanics introduced in these difficulties.
Za'qul, Harbinger of Ny'alotha is a four phase encounter in which the raid will be dragged to several different realms to deal with the bosses dangerous abilities. An excellent understanding of boss abilities is needed to defeat this mechanically complex encounter.
Za'qul is the seventh boss of Azshara's Eternal Palace. After defeating Za'qul, players may proceed to the final encounter,

All Phases:
Do not enter the

Phase Three: 70-50% -

Have DPS stand within the Delirium's Descent zones to enter the

Whilst within the realm, nuke the living hell outta the boss, but avoid ripping threat off of the adds.
If you die in the

, you will rejoin your allies.
Dispel the

stun as soon as possible.
Phase Four: 50-0% - All Realms
Use the

patches to send DPS into the

Damage through the bosses

shield to interrupt the spell.
Send players into the

You can always rejoin the "standard realm" by using a Extra Action Button whilst within the portal near

Phase One: 100% - 85%
深暗领域
Shortly after Za'qul has been engaged, a permanent large ring of void will appear around the edge of the encounter space.
This
深暗领域
void deals very high damage to anyone who stands within it every second.
Several mechanics will either knock back, or otherwise force players into the
深暗领域
if they do not position correctly, which will quickly lead to their deaths.

The boss casts
心智锁链
on the tank at the beginning of the encounter.
This tethers the tank and the closest player with a tether, causing them to reflect 50% of the damage they take to one another.
If the two players move more than 12 yards apart from each other, this reflection damage is increased.
On the pull, the tank should make sure that their co-tank is the closest player to them, as to ensure that no non-tank player is tethered.
If the boss casts this ability on the tank and there is no other player within the tanks realm, the tank will be stunned for 10 seconds via
折断
.
This only occurs at the start of new phases. Tanks need to make sure they always remain in the same realm as one another when

is due to be cast.

The boss opens a portal at the side of the encounter space and moments later a large tentacle will cascade across the entire room in a straight line.
Anyone hit by this will take a large amount of shadow damage and be knocked back a long distance.
Everyone needs to quickly identify where this tentacle is about to spawn and move from its path, as otherwise they may die as they're knocked into the
深暗领域
.
As this ability always passes directly through the centre of the room, the raid and boss should be positioned around the edges as to minimize the chance that people need to move around.
A large
碾压之握
tentacle will spawn from this portal!
惊惧
The boss occasionally casts
惊惧
, applying multiple debuffs to random DPS players.
This
惊惧
debuff deals light ticking damage over 10 seconds whilst causing the player to run in fear.
When the debuff is dispelled, or when it expires, it deals a large burst of damage to the raid.
The raid wants to dispel these debuffs as quickly as possible, but not so quickly that the raid is one shot by the expiration damage.
We recommend that two players are dispelled immediately. The rest of the players can then be dispelled in a staggered way, giving healers to top up the raid in between each detonation.
This is the primary source of incoming damage throughout the fight. The raid should have at least one healing cooldown for each set of
惊惧
debuffs.
As the players are running in fear, they may run into the
深暗领域
void. These players should either be dispelled before they reach the void, or they can be Leap of Faith gripped back to safety.
疯狂之门
Shortly into the phase, the boss will spawn three
疯狂之门
zones.
These zones will cause a
恐惧召唤者
add to appear after a brief delay, whilst also dealing damage and fearing players who stand within the zone - so make sure to move out of them!
The
恐惧召唤者
adds do not directly attack the raid and do not need to be tanked. Instead they cast
黑暗通道
.
This long cast opens a portal that spawns a steady stream of
惊魂幻象
adds. These adds have no abilities on normal difficulty, and will just deal a minor amount of damage with their melee attacks.
If the 120 second long cast goes through, it will trigger a
虚空爆发
which deals large raid wide damage and will likely one shot most of your raid.
Avoid standing within the
疯狂之门
zones!
DPS should focus on killing the
恐惧召唤者
s as soon as possible, with ranged players focusing on those that are further from the group.
The
惊魂幻象
s shouldn't necessarily be focused down. Instead the tanks should attempt to gain aggro via ranged attacks and misdirects and they can be passively cleaved down underneath the boss.
All three adds must be defeated within the 120 second timer to avoid a wipe.
Upon reaching 85% health, the boss will enter phase two.
Phase Two: 85% - 70%
The boss will immediately drag all players inside the
恐惧领域
. The boss will continue to cast
心智锁链
,
碾压之握
and
惊惧
during phase two, and all three abilities should be handled in the same way.
Whilst within the
恐惧领域
, the boss will cast two additional abilities and the raid will receive a stack of
狂乱
every 15 seconds.
狂乱
deals a small amount of ticking damage every second over its 25 second duration. This will stack up whilst players are within the
恐惧领域
.
Healers simply need to keep the raid topped up throughout the phase, potentially using an output healing cooldown when the raid is in particularly high stacks.

Za'qul will frequently cast
狂乱爆发
, which spawns a purple zone in the room, usually far away from the boss.
This zone will explode after ~20 seconds, dealing raid wide damage unless Za'qul is positioned within it: in which case it just deals damage to players within the animation.
Tanks need to quickly find the zone and drag Za'qul into it to reduce incoming raid damage.
If Za'qul successfully "soaks" the puddle, he will gain the
穿透黑暗
debuff which increases his damage taken by 30% for 20 seconds.
Position the boss within the
狂乱爆发
zone.
梦魇之影
梦魇之影
debuffs will be applied to two random players. This generally picks players who are far from the from the boss.
This 6 second debuff deals damage to the player and all other players within 7 yards every 2 seconds.
Each pulse spawns a
噩梦汇集
on the ground, which deals heavy ticking damage to anyone who stands within it.
Players afflicted with
梦魇之影
should move away from their allies whilst moving out of the
噩梦汇集
s they leave on the ground.
Ideally, these pools would be placed around the middle of the room, whilst leaving gaps as to allow allies to pass across the encounter space.
This is because players still want to be using the outer edge of the room to avoid the
碾压之握
and to place the boss within the
狂乱爆发
.
Move away from allies when afflicted with
梦魇之影
!
Once the boss reaches 70% health, phase three will begin.
Phase Three: 70% - 50%
Delirium's Descent
Unlike the phase one to phase two transition, players will not be dragged immediately into another realm.
All players will remain within the
恐惧领域
and all phase two mechanics will continue to occur. These abilities are dealt with in the same way as phase one.
In this phase, the boss will occasionally cast Delirium's Descent. This creates 3 zones positioned in the direction the boss is facing, so face him away from the
深暗领域
when this is due to be cast.
The zones will explode after the bosses 8 second cast ends, each dealing a moderate burst of shadow damage to the raid.
If a player stands within the zone, it will not explode. Instead it will transfer them to the
谵妄领域
at the end of the cast. Each zone can only transfer a single player.
Three players should enter the
谵妄领域
each time this ability is cast.
Each zone must have at least single player stand in it!
When within the
谵妄领域
, players are able to interact with the boss, any adds as well as other players within the realm. They are not able to see or interact with players in any other realm.
Whilst within the realm, players are "hostile to allies" and will gain a stack of
狂乱
every 6 seconds, up from 15 seconds from the
恐惧领域
.
This increase in debuff applications will quickly lead to the players dying, as they are unable to receive healing from outside sources.
When a player dies within the
谵妄领域
, they will be returned to the
恐惧领域
with 50% health and a
碎裂心智
6 second dispellable stun.
If a player is forcefully returned to the
恐惧领域
via death, then they should be dispelled immediately and brought quickly to full health.
DPS players should be the ones to enter the
谵妄领域
each time Delirium's Descent is cast, as players within the realm gain a buff which increases their haste by 80%.
If raids want to min-max this further, players who have cooldowns available during this period should enter the realm as to gain the most of the 80% haste increase.
Players within the realm should avoid attacking each other at all costs, as this will simply reduce the time that players will be able to utilised the increased damage done.
DPS inside the realm should avoid attacking the
惊魂幻象
adds until they have reached the boss, as otherwise they'll likely rip aggro and take damage from the adds attacks.
Players within the
谵妄领域
will have to deal with some of the abilities the boss is casting.
碾压之握
s will appear in all realms, meaning that all players need to avoid it.
The
噩梦汇集
s created by the Manifest Nightmare debuffs can deal damage to players in all realms, although sometimes you won't be able to see it.
Players should keep to the edges of the room whilst in the
谵妄领域
, as to keep away from the middle which should contain the majority of the
噩梦汇集
s from the
恐惧领域
.
Upon reaching 50% health, the boss will transition into phase four.
Phase Four: 50% - 0%

appears and immediately drags all players back to the "standard" realm.
She opens a portal near her which will allow players to return to the "standard" realm at any point throughout the phase by standing within it and using an extra action button.
Players need to keep Thalyssra in mind, as she will not move at any point. This means that any ability which creates zones on the ground can prevent players from leaving realms safely, which could ultimately lead to a wipe.

The boss maintains access to his
心智锁链
and
碾压之握
abilities, but the
惊惧
ability has been modified and transformed into
癫狂惊惧
.
This acts the same way as the
惊惧
ability seen before until it is dispelled.
Alongside dealing raid damage, the afflicted player will mark their location when the debuff is removed.
Moments later, all players within the zone will take a large burst of shadow damage and a pool of
腐蚀谵妄
will spawn.
Players should move away from these locations as to avoid the incoming damage, which would easily kill them when combined with the damage dealt by the
癫狂惊惧
removal.
Move out of the
癫狂惊惧
explosion zones!
The
腐蚀谵妄
patches deal ever increasing damage to anyone who stands within them.
After standing within a zone for 5 seconds, the player will be transferred to the
谵妄领域
. This will cause the zone to despawn.
Healers should ensure that players who are entering the Delirium Realm via the
腐蚀谵妄
patches are healed as to increase the time they can stay in that realm without dying.
DPS should enter the
谵妄领域
just before the boss reaches 100% energy, so that they can use the 80% haste increase to damage through the bosses
黑暗脉动
shield.
腐蚀谵妄
patches will send you to the
谵妄领域
if you stand within them.
黑暗脉动
Upon reaching 100% energy, the boss will place a shield on himself that absorbs 5% of his maximum health.
Immediately afterwards he will cast
黑暗脉动
, an 18 second cast which will deal a large burst of shadow damage to the entire raid across all realms.
Players can only stop the cast by destroying the shield, which will stun the boss for 1.5 seconds via
神智破碎
.
Players will always have access to the
谵妄领域
for each
黑暗脉动
cast. This should be used to ensure that the raid can always damage through the shield and interrupt the cast.
As soon as this ability is cast, all DPS should focus their damage into the shield, ignoring their other tasks.
Once the shield has been removed, the players within the
谵妄领域
should leave to let their
狂乱
stacks drop between each Dark Pulse cast.
黑暗通道
The boss will cast
黑暗通道
, summoning three
恐惧召唤者
adds.
As the adds spawn, the zones around them will explode, dealing damage and fearing any player within them for 6 seconds.
Similarly to phase one, these adds will channel Fear's Gate which summons a steady flow of
惊魂幻象
adds.
If the channel ends a
虚空爆发
will trigger, dealing heavy damage to players within all realms.
Unlike phase one, these adds can only be damaged by players within the
恐惧领域
due to their
恐惧笼罩
passive.
Stand within the Fear's Gate portal to enter the
恐惧领域
!
Players can enter the
恐惧领域
by standing within the Fear's Gate portal and using an Extra Action Button.
All players who are not going to enter the
谵妄领域
should enter the
恐惧领域
to kill off the adds.
Once all three summoners have been killed, players should leave the
恐惧领域
by entering the portal near
首席奥术师塔莉萨
.
Whilst within the realm, players will need to deal with all phase two mechanics:
狂乱爆发
&
梦魇之影
.
Once players leave the realm, the abilities will no longer be cast.
Anyone afflicted with
梦魇之影
should keep the
噩梦汇集
s they spawn towards the middle of the encounter space.
狂乱爆发
zones can only be seen by players within the
恐惧领域
, meaning that tanks will not see the zones unless they enter the realm.
The tanks should also enter the
恐惧领域
so that they can see the zones themselves.
General phase four strategy.
As this phase has multiple different realms all interacting with each other, here is a very simple summary of what the raid needs to do over the course of the phase.
Dispel
癫狂惊惧
debuffs.
Enter the
恐惧领域
and clear out all 3 summoners.
Send DPS with cooldowns into the
谵妄领域
before the boss reaches 100% energy.
Break through the bosses
黑暗脉动
shield.
Repeat.
This cycle continues until the raid can nuke down the boss before any
恐惧召唤者
adds will complete their Fear's Gate casts.
Players can still use the
谵妄领域
during this time as to increase overall boss damage.
Heroic Difficulty

adds spawned throughout the encounter spawn with 30 stacks of

.
Each stack increases damage taken by 5% and reduces movement speeds by 2%. Every 2 seconds, a stack of
正在收集梦魇
will drop from each
惊魂幻象
.
Once all
正在收集梦魇
stacks have been removed, the add will transform into a

add.
This add has increased health, deals increased damage and applies stacks of
狂乱
each melee attack via its
颤栗之爪
passive.
All
惊魂幻象
adds need to be killed before their
正在收集梦魇
stacks have dropped.
Kill the
惊魂幻象
adds before they transform!
触须猛击
Players within the
谵妄领域
will have to deal with the
触须猛击
mechanic.
A tentacle will appear and slam the ground, dealing heavy shadow damage and stunning all players within 2 seconds.
Players within the
谵妄领域
need to keep their wits about them as to make sure they are not instantly removed from the realm by dying to the slam.
Move out of the
触须猛击
location!
Mythic Difficulty
惊惧
/
癫狂惊惧
Each time this ability is cast, four debuffs will be applied to the raid. This always prioritises DPS over anybody else.
If all four debuffs are dispelled at once, players are likely to die without some form of survival ability.
Even with this in mind, nearly all guilds still dispel all players at once, as to give them as much control over their positioning as possible, whilst also minimising the downtime for raid DPS.
This is done by having set cooldowns for each set of
惊惧
s, ideally using raid wide damage reduction cooldowns.
Couple this high burst damage with the otherwise low incoming raid damage for this encounter, classes such as Discipline Priests, Holy Paladins and Restoration Shamans are excellent choices for this encounter, as they have good cooldowns whilst also being able to deal decent DPS whilst healing.

If your raid team does not have this healing setup, or are otherwise struggling to keep players alive for
惊惧
dispels, you can always stagger the dispels instead of doing them all at once.
As an example: At one point during our progression we consistently struggled to keep everyone alive for a certain
惊惧
dispel.
For that overlap, and that overlap only, we decided just to dispel two... heal up the raid... the dispel the remaining two players via a Tremor Totem.
Just be aware: Although it is ideal that all
惊惧
s are dispelled instantly, you always have the option to stagger them out.
碾压之握
Instead of a single tentacle spawning each time
碾压之握
is cast, three will spawn in a staggered fashion.
Once the first tentacle has appeared, the next two will always spawn to the left of it, so once players have found the first tentacle spawn location, they can easily spot the remaining two tentacles.
The raid should place world markers evenly around the room, so that the raid leader can quickly call out a safe location for the raid to stand.
All raid members should either attempt to move to that location, or move to another safe location nearby as to make sure they dodge the tentacles.
If a player is caught out of position, they can always try to dodge the first tentacle before moving into the location that it just hit. As the tentacles always hit in different directions, the player will be able to dodge the next two... as long as they are not in the middle of the room where the tentacles overlap.
Three

Spell Queues and Ability Overlaps
This encounter suffers greatly from varied boss ability order.
Although nearly all spells start a new timer when entering a new phase such as
惊惧
, not all spells do.
Most notably,
碾压之握
does not reset its cooldown when entering a new phase, which isn't a problem by itself. However this can lead to some dreadful overlaps which are very difficult to deal with.
To remedy this, most raid teams opt to push the boss to certain health percentages at set times, as to try and keep the fight as consistent as possible.
Even when doing this, do be prepared... small variations in push timing, even when the difference is half a second off, can completely change the order in which the boss casts abilities in the next phase.
Throughout the phase breakdown sections listed below, you will find recommendations as to when you should be looking to push the boss as to try and aim for the easiest overlaps possible.
One last mention on this subject: Some guilds just zerg this boss and hope that they can deal with the overlaps they encounter. This does work, and it certainly leads to
shorter kill times
, but it can be pretty random as to whether or not you kill the boss as you end up being at the mercy of the randomly chosen
碾压之握
locations.
Phase Breakdowns and Tips
Phase One
This phase is by far the easiest, as the only notable changes are the increaed damage the
惊惧
s deal and the extra two
碾压之握
tentacles.
As to setup timers correctly for phase two/three, most guilds opt to push the boss to 85.5% health at the 1:38 mark (this is just as the first
碾压之握
portal appears after the second
惊惧
cast).
Be aware that you do not want to push much later than this, as otherwise you will have another set of summoners spawn.
As you are in this phase for so long, players should not use a prepot or damage cooldowns in this phase.
Phase Two
This short phase has little for players to deal with mechanically, instead the group needs to pump out a large amount of damage as to keep timers in an ideal spot.
Just as the boss gains the first Punctured Darkness damage increase, all players should combat pot and use all their cooldowns as to push the boss out of the phase as soon as possible.
Manifest Nightmare debuffs should remain close to the boss, ideally away from players, as to spawn the Horrific Vision adds close to the boss.
Players should not need to deliberately focus down these adds. Instead they should just passively cleave onto them whilst slamming into the boss.
The boss should reach 70% around the time the Manifest Nightmare debuffs expire (around the 2:20-2:25 mark).
Phase Three
During this phase, the raid will need to send two sets of three players into the
谵妄领域
when Delirium's Decent is cast.
The DPS best for this role are those who have good self healing/survivability, as well as those who would make good use of the 80% haste gained in the realm.
Rogues, Shadow Priests, Warlocks are excellent
谵妄领域
candidates, as well as Hunters.
The first set of players you send down should be the set with the best survivability, as they will be in the realm for far longer than the others.
Ideally, all six players will stay within the realm for the entirety of phase three. If a player does leave, be ready to dispel their stun and heal them up as soon as possible.
That player should ideally "die" whilst being close to the boss, as to ensure that they are within range of their healers.
Phase three is where you'll see whether you got the ability timers aligned correctly.
After the first Delirium's Decent cast, the boss should cast Dread > Maddening Eruption >

> Delirium's Decent... all within a short time of one another.
As soon as the Maddening Eruption has been cast, the tanks should move the boss quickly over to the zone and be prepared to dodge the
碾压之握
.
The boss should ideally be kept still during the
碾压之握
s, as the tanks can struggle to get the boss back into the Maddening Eruption zone before it explodes because the boss will stand still whilst casting Delirium's Decent.
The tanks also need to make sure that they face the boss in a safe direction to make sure that the players entering the Delirium's Decent will be able to do so without getting hit by a tentacle.
This is arguably the most difficult part of the fight, especially if the
碾压之握
spawns directly over the top of the Maddening Eruption zone.
After this overlap the phase does not have any particularly hard overlaps.
Just make sure to push the boss into phase four at 50% before the 3rd Delirium's Decent is cast (and ideally before your
狂乱
stacks reach 8).
Phase Four

After dragging all players back to the normal realm at the beginning of phase four, the
首席奥术师塔莉萨
will "succumb to Za'qul's madness" and "fall victim to the whispers of the old gods".
This makes it so that the portal that was present on normal and heroic difficulty that could be used to return to the "normal" realm is no longer present.
Players must instead leave the
恐惧领域
by using the Fear's Gate portal that is being held open by a
恐惧召唤者
add.
Players within the
谵妄领域
can only leave by taking fatal damage.
The entire raid must enter and leave realms at very particular points throughout this phase. These points will be covered during the following phase breakdown.
As the raid is dragged back into the "normal" realm, healers should be ready to output a large amount of healing.
This is likely to be the time in which the raid is taking the most damage, as all
恐惧领域
players have at least 7 stacks of
狂乱
and the players who entered the
谵妄领域
will have even more than that.
If the boss was pushed into this phase at the correct time, all stacks of
狂乱
should drop before the first
癫狂惊惧
is cast.
Spread to avoid stacking the
腐蚀谵妄
patches on each other.
Whenever
癫狂惊惧
is cast, all DPS need to be loosely spread approximately 2-5 yards apart from one another.
This will prevent the
腐蚀谵妄
patches from being stacked directly on top of one another.
If a player entering the
谵妄领域
is stood within two or more
腐蚀谵妄
patches, all of those patches will be removed, preventing other players from using them.
This will likely lead to a wipe, as the
谵妄领域
will not have enough damage to deal with upcoming
精神崩裂
s.
After the first
癫狂惊惧
cast, all players aside from the first set of four
谵妄领域
DPS should enter the
恐惧领域
via a Fear's Gate portal.
The four
谵妄领域
DPS should remain within the normal realm as to keep their
狂乱
stacks to a minimum.
Certain classes, such as Shadow Priests, may be able to enter the
谵妄领域
at this point, as they are able to survive long periods of time due to the self healing they receive from killing Horrific Visions.
Aside from that, all other classes should wait until the boss is around 85% energy and about to cast
精神崩裂
before entering.
Healers should make sure that all four of these players are healthy before they themselves enter the
恐惧领域
.
Once inside the
恐惧领域
the raid should look to spend their time and effort killing two of the three
恐惧召唤者
.
The Third
恐惧召唤者
should not be damaged, as the raid will need to use this adds portal to access the normal realm to reset their stacks later in the phase.
We recommend that you always kill the summoner that the raid entered on, before killing the summoner that spawns closest to the first Maddening Eruption zone.
During this time, DPS need to keep the Horrific Visions under control, making sure that none of them have the chance to transform when they lose all of their stacks.
Once the two summoners have been killed, the raid will have to deal with the first
精神崩裂
cast.
You have to kill the two adds to interrupt the
精神崩裂
!
精神崩裂
Instead of casting
黑暗脉动
, the boss casts
精神崩裂
, a long channel which will deal lethal damage to the raid upon completion.
Whilst
精神崩裂
is being cast, the boss has a
黑暗之盾
which makes him immune to damage.
This will also spawn an add in the
恐惧领域
and an add in the
谵妄领域
.
These adds need to be destroyed as to trigger a
神智破碎
which will interrupt the
精神崩裂
cast.
Each add has a unique ability that needs to be countered.
Echo of Fear
The
Echo of Fear
within the
恐惧领域
should be picked up by the tank. It will cast
恐怖嚎叫
.
This infrequent interruptible cast deals a burst of damage and fears all players within the
恐惧领域
.
This needs to be interrupted at all times, as to make sure that the raid can kill the
Echo of Fear
before the

Although the damage required to kill this add is low, the raid should still kill it off as soon as possible whilst cleaving onto the Horrific Visions.
Echo of Delirium
The
Echo of Delirium
within the
谵妄领域
will cast
虚空冲击
.
This is a frontal cone attack which deals a large amount of shadow damage and knocks back all players hit.
Melee players need to be ready to sidestep around the add to avoid this attack.
All players assigned to kill this add should have their damage cooldowns available as to make sure it dies in time, potentially even saving their damage potion if necessary.
After the first
精神崩裂
, all players need to wait until after
黑暗通道
has been cast.
This is an instant cast spell that will spawn the
恐惧召唤者
adds, however it will not have an effect if no players are within the "normal" realm.
Once the spell has been cast, it will go on cooldown regardless as to whether it had an effect or not.
By waiting until after this cast, the raid can avoid an entire set of adds, substantially increasing boss damage whilst reducing the incoming damage of the raid.
Once
黑暗通道
has been cast, all players should aim to enter the "normal" realm as soon as possible.
恐惧领域
players should exit via the last remaining Fear Gate portal, whilst the
谵妄领域
players die to a
触须猛击
.
If a player uses an immunity, they will still die to the
触须猛击
if they stand within it, allowing them to enter the "normal" realm whenever the
触须猛击
is being cast.
Once in the normal realm, the tanks will need to quickly position the boss over to the Maddening Eruption zone whilst dodging the
碾压之握
. This is arguably the last tough overlap of the fight, as the timing can be pretty unforgiving.
Once all
恐惧领域
players have their
狂乱
stack duration below 8 seconds, they can reenter the
恐惧领域
for the last time via the Fear's Gate.
Just as before, the players assigned to kill the
Echo of Delirium
for a second time should not enter the
恐惧领域
, instead they should wait until the boss is going to cast
精神崩裂
within the next 10-15 seconds.
When all players have entered the
恐惧领域
, the raid will quickly need to kill off the
恐惧召唤者
before their Fear's Gate cast ends and one shots the group.
After this point, there are not extremely difficult overlaps for the
恐惧领域
. Continue to deal with the bosses mechanics as they occur and everything should work out fine.
After the second
精神崩裂
, the
谵妄领域
players should once again wait until
黑暗通道
has been cast.
At this point they should attempt to leave the
谵妄领域
whilst staying alive.
This can be difficult for most classes, but classes with immunities can use them to reset their
狂乱
stacks and simply leave via a
触须猛击
.
Ret paladins are especially good for this, as they can also heal their allies once they all reenter the "normal" realm.
It isn't a bad idea to place any available Soul Stones on these players, as it is quite likely that they will die if they make even a small mistake in this process.
When getting hit by a
触须猛击
, be aware that you will still be stunned for 6 seconds upon leaving the realm, even with an immunity.
This makes you a sitting duck for any
碾压之握
s that are cast during this time. If possible, attempt to stand within a
触须猛击
which will not be hit by a
碾压之握
.
The raid needs to kill the boss before the third
精神崩裂
, as otherwise incoming raid damage from
狂乱
stacks will be outrageous.
Players with DPS cooldowns may want to enter the
谵妄领域
spawned from the third
癫狂惊惧
cast - but only if they will actually survive for a decent amount of time.
Generally speaking, entering the
谵妄领域
after the second
精神崩裂
should not be needed if all players are alive at this point.

Sorry but the Caustic Delirium does not need to be healed, it does a static 3.5k dmg in mythic.
