This guide provides tips and strategies for defeating the

encounter on the
Mythic Difficulty
in Antorus, the Burning Throne. This guide includes tips and strategies for dealing with the new mechanics introduced in these difficulties. For LFR, Normal and Heroic difficulties, please

加洛西灭世者
is a single phase encounter in which the raid needs to deal with two simple abilities that become more problematic as the fight goes on. Raid wide co-ordination and movement is key to dealing with this gigantic fel reaver.

is the first boss in Antorus, the Burning Throne; available December 5th on the Mythic difficulty. After defeating
加洛西灭世者
, players can progress towards
Felhounds of Sargeras
,
Antoran High Command
,
Portal Keeper Hasabel
and the
Eonar
encounters.

Mythic Quick Tips
Overview
– The fel reaver's cannons continously alternate between
and
.
Upon reaching 60% and 20% health on Normal and Raid Finder difficulties, the fel reaver activates
exposing its weapon platforms. Unless one of these weapons is destroyed before the cast can complete, the party will be eradicated. On Mythic difficulty, the fel reaver activates Apocalypse Drive at 65% and 35% health. Also, the cannons can no longer be destroyed, but instead go haywire, granting the cannons additional effects.
Damage Dealers

, destroy a Fel Cannon to interrupt its cast.

Mythic Difficulty
Alongside numerical changes, in which the damage from the abilities has been increased, there are a couple mechanical changes that have been made to the
加洛西灭世者
encounter on Mythic difficulty.
The tank debuff
邪能轰炸
will still fire missiles on Mythic but does increased damage and getting hit by one as a non-tank will likely kill you.
Haywire Weapons
The main change on mythic occurs when you destroy a weapon during
天启引擎
. The weapon's ability is not removed and instead the weapon will go haywire, causing the ability to gain additional effects.

causes the debuffed players to be stunned for the duration of the debuff.
This limits the raids ability to react to the
屠戮
after it comes in. Instead the raid must be stood in the places they would like the circles to spawn
before
the ability comes in.
After the stun, the circles will appear and explode after a few seconds. This explosion will apply a nasty dot to the entire raid that lasts for 10 seconds.
歼灭
's

causes the
歼灭
zones to explode for a second time a few moments after they've exploded for the first time, whilst also knocking the soaking players back.
The knockback makes it difficult for the original soaking players to resoak the same zones twice.
Players need to either use movement spells such as blinks to return to their original zone, or they need to position their character so they are knocked back into a different
歼灭
Zone.
Players will always be knocked away from the direct centre of the Annihilation zone which allows you to easily knock yourself into another zone with some careful positioning.
The raid can easily deal with the Haywire Decimation by being stacked up to get the circles to spawn on top of one another.
After the circles appear, the entire raid can move as a group away from the zones. This is best achieved by following a modified heroic strategy, where the raid moves between preset raid markers.
The raid may wish to be one big group in melee which will help healers greatly as the entire raid is stacked. Alternatively you can be in two separate groups, with one for ranged players and another for melee players.
This will help ensure that players can get to the incoming Annihilation zones with less travel time, as the raid is more spread out than if they were stacked up in melee range.
Regardless of strategy, make sure you remain in range of all healers so you can get topped back up before the Annihilation Zones spawn.
Although the Annihilation zones are best soaked by multiple players at once, it is more than possible to solo a zone assuming the player has the appropriate gear and has full health.
If there are few people at a zone, you may wish to have a person or two stay out of the initial explosion so that the second incoming explosion is guaranteed to be soaked.
You shouldn't necessarily need to assign who soaks what area of the room, instead you should try and get the raid evenly spread around the room so that all zones can be soaked quickly.
Choosing a Weapon
As both weapons will need to be destroyed throughout the fight, the raid will need to deal with both Haywire versions of the abilities. Instead of removing what mechanic you want, you now must choose which mechanic you want to have go Haywire first.
The boss has been successfully killed by killing either weapon first, but with that said each choice has its own advantages and disadvantages that you may wish to consider.
Killing the Decimator is easier to deal with tactically, as the group wide movement is very easy to follow. However the combined damage of the initial explosion and subsequent dot deals a lot of damage which can drain your healer's mana.
Killing the Annihiator can be a bit more difficult to deal with from a tactical perspective, as it relies more heavily on personal play and quick individual decision making. However the damage the raid will suffer is lower than the Haywire Decimation which causes less stress for the healers.
From a personal perspective, we recommend that you deal with the Haywire Annihilation zones first; as conserving healer mana and cooldowns will make the last 35% health in which the boss has two haywire abilities much safer. We would also recommend saving and using Bloodlust after the second

to ensure that the raid does not have to deal with both Haywire abilities for too long.
Note that missing a soak, either on the initial or follow-up, will
probably wipe your raid
without some healer cooldowns. It's important to focus on soaking, rather than DPS.
Luring Destruction
Additionally, after you destroy a weapon during
天启引擎
, the boss will cast

.
This will pull in the raid towards the boss, whilst dealing substantial ticking damage over three seconds.
After this, the boss will cast his
根除
.
The raid wants to ensure they are towards the back of the room just as the weapons die.
They can then immediately run against the
引力毁灭
pull in and then stack up at the back of the room for the
根除
.
Movement speed increases and healing cooldowns should help deal with this deadly combination of abilities.
The
引力毁灭
,
根除
combo is much more deadly on Mythic and any non-tank who finds themselves next to the boss will likely die.
Although the boss will still gain
强化
each time a weapon is "destroyed", the
灼热弹幕
is not present in mythic, somewhat reducing the need to constantly heal the raid.
