This achievement is partly completed on the daily quest
破败的大厅
which involves going through the left doorway in Guo-Lai Halls and retrieving a relic without taking any damage. I've found three sources of damage doing this quest:
Falling boulders
: Harrison Jones would love it here... where is he this expansion? Anyway, dark shadows appear on the ground and grow bigger until eventually boulders crash into the floor. They do a decently large AoE splash when they land so stay away and beware.
Mogu statues
: Just like in other dailies and parts of the world, statues come to life and melee you or use a ground trembling cleave attack. Stay away... which is really hard when they stand directly in your path. This is the hardest and I am not sure how to ruin the achievement because of that darn one melee attack...
Bad runes
: The last room has runes, just follow the first tile you see in the hallway as you enter as it is the safe one.
If you get hit, run out, abandon quest and pick it up again to try again. Good luck!
EDIT: I should add, this quest only became open to me at Revered.

I can confirm that your pet taking damage does
NOT
fail you this achievement.
I ended up having my Voidwalker sat on the Mogu statues that were of any threat and just had him tank while I killed them.

Be careful when on melee range of Milau, she attacks anything on her melee range (but not always) probably making the achievement fail.

This achievement is impossible to do on your own as a melee class, as Milau will melee anything in her range, thus failing you the achievement.
Fall damage will also fail you, so be careful after hearthing out.

For the Crumbling Halls part of this achievement, Boulders and Runes are both easily avoidable. The problem is the statues. They don't seem to become active until you're within melee range and the first thing they do? Melee you...yeah. As a hunter, the only way I could find to do this was to use deterrence every time I went past a statue then feign death after it if it came alive. Took a while but I got there, hearthed out and handed the quest in.
The best advice I can give for anyone doing it is....it's dangerous in there, don't go alone! A second person would make this easy, just have them walk ahead and set off any statues.

The Crumblin Hall...
I don't know how the Statues work, but for the last room with the Traps, you can easily avoid all statues... You can walk across to the middle between the Traps.. Between the Traps is a very small gap... There you can walk without activating the Traps.

As you enter, there will be a trap symbol in the entrance hall (with the altar, right after you come down all the flights of stairs). The traps of that type will not damage you today. The traps rearrange themselves every day such that there is a safe path to quest objectives. (safe from traps anyway!)
Related tip: If you have an ability that lets you move very quickly (e.g. Monk's roll or flying kick) you can move through Arrow traps without taking damage, and avoid some statues that way.

There are a number of replies to this comment that make the same point, and they're right. This achievement is trivially easy if you get a friend to help you. The fastest, simplest way to complete the achievement is to get as far as you can toward the end of the quest then have a friend share it with you. Complete the quest then hearth out. Make your way carefully back to the quest giver (falling damage counts against you, as does stepping on a fire) and cash it in. Done. My comment is directed toward people who wish to do the achievement solo, particularly solo melee.
The portion of this achievement that is completed while doing
The Crumbling Hall
can be done by a single melee player. Avoid the statues and any patrols coming into the quest area, then as others have said, avoid the falling stones. The reddish statues in the quest area are the tricky part.
These statues only activate once you are inside melee range. For pairs of statues, sneak between them by going right down the middle. If this doesn't work for you, you can also try running very close to a statue and then immediately running away to activate it, then kiting it through boulders until it dies - this can work, but it's quite tricky to get out of range before the first melee from the statue hits you. For the statues that are close to the keys to the spirit walls, approach on the line directly between the two statues and inch closer and closer. Your gear should go gold but be unusable at first (too far away), but inching closer still lets you activate the key without turning on the statues. Back up carefully and you're good. If you do activate a statue without getting hit, you can kite it through the falling boulders until it dies.
If you get the trap room with a patrolling statue you can avoid it by going in a clockwise loop around the safe traps. (The trap that is shown on the square as you enter the Ruins is the safe one for the day.) If you get the trap room filled with statues waiting to activate, the safest path is again to go around the outer loop, staying as far away from the statues as you can without hitting a trap. Again, park yourself as far from the statue by the key without standing on a trap and open it. Go around the loop clockwise again, or sneak past directly to the artifact, and then hearth out.
The portion of the achievement that is completed while doing
The Thunder Below
is awful for solo melee. It's a nightmare, but it's doable. Getting to Milau without taking damage from the traps or various NPCs is bad enough for a non-stealth class, but the Milau fight is incredibly long and prone to messing up. If it's possible, get a friend to come do it with you and be done with it, but if, like me, you're stubborn about such things, then you can do this fight.
Getting to Milau involves passing through a trap room filled with lion statues that come to life based on proximity. I had my best luck going on the right side of the path through the room and jumping the last row of traps rather than trying to follow it through the entire room. Expect one or more of the lion statues you pass to animate and hit you. Kill it and hope that it gets replaced with the inanimate version, then abandon your quest and start over. It might have been chance, but I never got two animated lions in a row at a particular location (though they do seem to respawn into the animated version fairly often.) There is a second version of this room that has two Mogu statues patrolling as well as the quilen statues that can animate as you walk through. I'm not sure whether it's possible to get through the room unstealthed while they're alive without either taking damage or using an ability like heroic leap to jump the traps.
Avoid the giant cleaving statues of death in the upper portion of Milau's room. You probably didn't need to come to Wowhead to learn that part...
Milau has three primary abilities: a lightning pool, lightning breath, and a deathgrip/explosion ability. Start the fight at range so that you don't immediately get meleed. The dragon will either begin with a breath or a pool and then alternate between the two abilities. When the dragon is throwing pools, just keep running and you won't get hit. Leave an opening so that you can get back to the boss for dps. When the dragon is doing its breath attack, you can run in and get a few stabs in. You
must
be out of melee range before the breath attack is finished or you'll get meleed before the next set of pools begins. You get about two seconds to actually attack the boss before having to run back out, so any sort of DoT you can apply is definitely worthwhile. Playing this part safe is the key to getting it down. Don't wait for that last GCD, just get out and use it next time.
Twice during the fight (at 66% and 33%, perhaps, wasn't paying close attention) it will pull you down to the lower level and then explode. It is possible that you will be pulled into fire and take damage, so the best method to avoid this is to line of sight Milau when it begins to fly off of the upper platform. The best LoS spot for this are the two large pillars on the upper platform. I also was able to LoS using the railing where Milau normally hangs out, but that was an accident and seems prone to failing. If you do get pulled down, run from her immediately. There is about a 2s delay before you start taking fire damage from the stuff on the floor as well.
Again, it's wretched, and it takes forever. Sane people should just get a friend and be done with it.

My wife and I just did this. Might be cheesed, but this worked for us. We went to complete The Thunder Below, on our way to Milau we went down only the golden traps, as that was the safe trap at that moment in time. We went through, set off four lions in the trap room. We killed them all, and then I abandoned my quest, and my wife shared it with me, and then she abandoned her quest, and I shared it with her.
Upon getting there, a random Paladin was already in the process of killing Milau, so all we had to do was simply flame shock/moonfire Milau, and we completed the quest. We hearthed back to Shrine of the Two Moons, and then we flew back to the quest giver. Upon turning it in we got credit for that half of the achievement.

For The Thunder Below, I took the red path. When I got to two statues, I would take a step, wait a few seconds, take another step, wait a few seconds. I was able to get past all the statues just fine this way. Another option is to wait until someone runs in. Much of the time people just run in blindly. They will gain aggro on the statues which frees up the space for you to walk past unscathed.
I then booked it until I got to the stairs where Milou was up ahead on the lower floor below. Next I sat there and waited until someone else went ahead and started attacking. Soon enough Milou comes closer and does a fire breathe a few seconds after. As ranged I just threw on a dot (doesn't matter if you attack first or not) and then ran away in the corner until whoever was attacking her killed her. Hearthed out, handed in the quest. Not sure if any of that made sense, but basically the easiest way is if others gain aggro first with everything. I assume most people either don't know about the achievement or just don't care.The key is to be patient. Wait on the red path in the beginning and go from there. :)

The Thunder Below can be cheesed with a friend by getting them to share the quest with you when you've already passed all of the tile rooms and mogu statues, then it's just a matter of tagging Milau and staying out of the way.

A tip for you rogues out there attempting the part at
The Crumbling Hall
. Before you approach the stone guardians, pop evasion and always face the mobs directly so that you can dodge their attacks, and then vanish when in a safe position. You might also want to spec preparation to fasten things up.

For a warlock, "The Thunder Below" should be fairly easy. It is just a matter of execution. Frustrating but doable. When in the upper hall with the Jade Colossi and the Qullians all you have to do is use the Demonic Gateway to jump across. You can stand on the large tile between the rooms and just barely get the Gateway to the other side. Place it a little to the left or right of the center if the Qullians are in the dead center. That way you guarantee that you don't pull them during your jump. After that, it is just a matter of timing it to avoid the Colossi. Once you run down the stairs to Milau you can place a Demonic Circle in front of one of the columns that supports Milau's platform. When Milau pulls you down there, while in mid air you can port to your circle and take no damage from melee and should have plenty of time to run away from the large AOE. Just pray there is no Lightning Breath on the floor before Milau starts throwing Lightning Pools again. Up on top of the platform is where you will spend most of the fight. When you run up, you can place another Demonic Gateway along the back wall. Get it to go as far as it can so that you have maximum room to avoid the Lightning Pools. If you time it right, most of the Lightning Pools will land in mid air, following your jump arc. Other than that, dps Milau down while your Voidwalker/VoidLord tanks. My VoidLord never needed healing and so I could focus on the fight.
General tips for the fight: Milau seems to do a Lightning Breath and a Lightning Pool cycle. One than the other. Not always true but better safe than sorry. As soon as you see Milau casting Lightning Pool, start to move. Move until the last Lightning pool is cast and then you can start dpsing again.
And important tip for everyone like someone said above, you can hearth out once you're done to ensure the no damage!

Remember you don't have to run both ways in the crumbling hall, once you've reached the end and have your quest complete you can hearthstone and fly and hand it in. Just remember to not take any damage on your way from your HS point to the questgiver.

Mage tips.
As for both quests pick Greater invisibility talant.
- First of all keep tracking of your combat log to make sure it's clear of damage records.
- Make a scouting run to see the trap room combination.
- Fly inside the entrance avoiding the statues agro.
- Make your way to so called Trap area. No Invisibility needed. Just watch for the tiny spiders.
- In the first narrow passage there gonna be 1 (i believe) stone guard. The next room is the main challenge for this archievement. You cannot step on any tile except the white ones or kinda greenish that go along the wall. Color can be confusuing.lol. On your trial run make sure to figure out the best way to get to the gates. If you cannot pass the tile line before the clickable gates use Blink.
- Use Gr Invisibility and start going through the narrow passage. Attn.The stone guard can bark at you but it's not counted as damage. Dont freak out:) When you make it to the clickable gates you gonna be out of stealth. It's all good.
- Open the gates and wait on the balcony till you get your Invisibility back.
- Use Invisibility to go downstairs passing the mogu statues. There gonna be some sort of AOE effects. They dont count as damage. Check your combat log.
- Then it's a safe area. Wait till other players come to kill the boss. Pick rush hour on your server to save your time:) Stay ON THE TOP OF THE STAIRS to avoid AOE and sudden agro.
- When the boss about to die (15% or less) move closer and use your spell, then move back. Get kills credit and port out :)
I am not very good with archievement like this but managed to do it on my first try.

For the Crumbling Hall portion, just 2-man it and have someone else aggro the statues, as they tend to do so randomly no matter how you try to approach them. You will save yourself a ton of time. You can also use mobility spells such as
Heroic Leap
to bypass statues and floor tiles.

So after countless tries I decided "okay one more shot and if it fails, screw it" and in the first room I used Demon Leap to get past the first two Mogu statues and took 800 fall damage at the bottom of the steps. "Okay screw it"
I took no more damage the remainder of the quest >.< FML

easy way:
- Pick quest up.
- Go down without getting damage.
- Wait while someone is fighting Milau, then quickly just hit it, dont mind taking damage.
- Die fast.
- Abandon quest.
- Ress up fast.
- Quickly pick up quest and wait at questgiver while Milau is killed.
- If you were fast enough you'll get the score and just turn in the quest to get that part of the achi.

I was having a hard time completing

without taking any damage...at least walking down the hall with the tiles. So I grouped up (just the two of us) and tried the halls again. The stone guards appeared to randomize who they attacked making the gauntlet seem very luck-based. In the end one of us abandoned the quest and we both ran through the gauntlet. Before we pulled Milau, I hid underneath his balcony in the puddle of water. No lightning of any sort spawned down there and I had levitate on myself so when Milau pulled us into the center I was picked up to the top of the wall and slowly fell back down, without taking damage. I then hearthed to turn in the quest and rinse and repeat. I did not even have to tag (damage) Milau, just the act of being in the party with someone else completed the quest for me and I received this portion of the achievement.

For The Crumbling Hall seems to be important to send your pet away as a hunter. I have waited two minutes for Deterance to get ready before passing a statue, not a single one became active. The only dmg that happend was done to my wolf from a falling stone, the Part of the achivement has not been checked.

Was terrible to do for me as priest.. i finally made it thru the rune floor and statues, which has some pretty bad rng involved :( , and waited for someone else to enter for Milau, tagged him at 15 % just after he did his 2nd pull ability, got credit for the kill, Hs out and flew back to deliver the quest, had recount on for damage taken and it was on Zero, non taken.
But i didnt get credit for the achievement, tho i didnt take any damage on completing the quest... :( sad panda, as i spend close to 3½ h on it...

Has anyone thought of a way to check if either of these two dailies are active without having to go through all of them from the beginning? After you've been exalted with the Golden Lotus it would be a pain to keep doing all of these dailies just to find out at the end whether or not they're are up. You could always ask in general chat, but people can be pretty unreliable...

Completed The Crumbling Halls portion of this on my death knight. Nobody was doing this daily on my realm (Eredar) except me so I tried a different strat.
When I got the tile room with the statues, I pop a Lesser Invisibility Potion and ran passed all of the statues. I looted the relic in the middle of the room then waited 10 minutes (like I said... nobody was around.) I popped another potion then ran passed the statues again and got the last quest item. I hearthed to Summer's Rest then flew back to the do the turn in. I made sure I didn't fly too close to the ground or near any of the Onyx Drakes flying around.
I'll update this again when I get the daily for The Thunder Below :)

it seems that not only can you not take damage you cannot get hit at all which means shields like frost barrier, power ward, sacrifice and anything that mitigates damage still counts as damage even though you do not technically take damage

Just got Crumbling halls credit, as a paladin. (Didn't use bubble though)
The "only" hard part for me was to deactivate the FIRST of the objects, as that was surrounded by 2 mogu statues that kept activating on me. The way I handled that was to go left on the top of the tiny stair up to this first deactivate object. I stood there until someone came and tried it, and trigged the statues. He killed them, and I just slowly stalked after him. voiding the other statues, and floor tiles was much easier.

I have taken falling damage from milau skill (the one that absorbs you to the floor down the stairs and I failed the achieve. So be careful! If milau goes front to use that electrical skill be sure to go down before being forced to avoid this falling damage

Divine shield is ok to use, I managed to snag credit for the thunder below bubbling past dogs and setting off traps, bopping to prevent fall damage, and even logged off when I realised hearth was down, so that should clear up a load of vagaries.

For the Thunder Below part..You can be in a party and have ur friend killing Milau while you stay safe down in the pool just below the boss, without taking any damage. Tbh I found this out randomly when I tried to los the aoe grip and by mistake I fell into the pool. Tried the same thing for my friend and it worked pretty well. :) gl

twice to get past the statues, once to the middle of the room and then once to the door. Walk past the cleaving statues and don't get hit. Then wait for someone else to come and pull Milau. Stand on the steps at the beginning of the room and wait for the part of the fight when he comes to the lower level. I used Heroic Throw to just cause one hit on him. Then I waited for the other guy to kill Maiau. I hearthed out and flew to the quest giver and turned it in. Got credit. Easy easy

really annoying quest tried to do it 5 times in row just couldnt make it some retarded alli damaged me for fun, then the quilen statues that guard tha hallways attacked me he way in well i was quite pissed :)

As a rogue, the Thundering halls portion of the acheivement isn't hard if you simply spec for shuriken toss and deadly throw. Just completed this on first attempt by sneaking to the boss, shadow walk if you have to get close to anything. Stood on lower platform and spammed shuriken toss, dumping cps with deadly throw.
I pulled about 20k dps without ever being in melee range of the boss. Just watch which direction he's going with the breath and run up the stairs for when he ports to the bottom.
Takes awhile, but if you're lucky like me another player will run in at some point and simplify things even further for you.

in a rather cheesy fashion. I went in and joined someone else who was already working on killing Milau. Unfortunately, I failed to break LoS during his deathgrip, so I got tagged. I dropped the quest, ran out, re-acquired the quest, and came back. Just as I entered the Guo-Lai Halls, the guy who'd already been hitting Milau apparently killed him, because I got credit for the quest and the achievement just as I walked in.

For the Crumbling Hall part here is how I did it as Moonkin:
The first room is actually the toughest part of the whole achievement. It is virtually impossible to get past one of the first two statues guarding the hallway without aggroing, and then you have a tiny room to kill them w/ rocks falling or an even tinier hallway. Best way to deal with this part is to kite them and kill them both as close to the exit as possible, then book it out of there to re pick up the quests. You should be able to get back past them before they have respawned.
The statue in the hallway can be skipped by hugging the corner which leads to the first switch. Contrary to what some other people have said I can 100% guarantee you you can click this switch without aggroing either statue, just hug the side and slowly inch until you get the gold cogwheel.
After you click the second switch (same as first) you will have to split two statues. These CAN be skipped by running directly in the middle, but it seems to be rather unforgiving, I aggroed here a couple times so try to be careful.
In the final room the first statue staring at you is the one mob you will have to kill to get this (unless you are lucky and someone has already killed him). Just strafe back and forth fast moving a tiny bit closer each time and you SHOULD be able to activate him without getting meleed. From here just typhoon/root and blow him up before he can reach you, you have the entire hallway here to back up and not worry about tiles/rocks.
The other two statues on your way around the safe tiles can be easily skipped. Both are at locations where the tile path switches direction so here you simply need to jump across and cut the corner. A normal jump will cut it, no need for a speed boost and super jump.
After jumping twice you can activate the last switch, on you way back you will have to jump the corner one more time, then you can easily skip the last two statues as they are easily spread apart. Loot the artifact then hearth out and you're done.

im wondering something im sure many others are wondering, can you cheese "The Crumbling Hall", im exalted with nearly all reps which includes golden lotus and i have all the achieves except (for golden lotus-questing achieves altho i am over 15,000pts) this one, i have 1/2 credits, this afor mentioned quest is never on the server and i fly in and check to see if there is mobs or players every day (mogo roam inside for 1 spiders for the other right? =s) can you have people cross realm share without regard for prerequisites and just run in and do the credit?
edit: forgot (for golden lotus-questing achieves altho i am over 15,000pts) and it read as i had every achieve lol

Managed to do the crumbling hall as a survival hunter without using my pet (I think you fail if pet gets hit) without any issues.
Main problem is the statues. I dealt with them by and placing a freezing trap under any statues that I thought may trigger. I then moved towards the statue as slowly as possible till they activated then pegged it away and killed them while kiting and dodging the rocks. This seemed to work as their activation range is slightly larger than their melee range and as soon as they activated my freezing trap slowed and rooted them with entrapment which made them easy to kite and kill.
Other than that it's just taking your time with the falling rocks and not standing on any of the wrong tiles in the final room.
In the final room I tried to skip all the statues using camoflage (unglyphed) but 1 still activated but it didn't manage to hit me. You could always try glyphing camoflage to avoid all the statues except those near orbs as if you click an orb you will come out of stealth I think.

There are potions available which would be very useful on this quest.
If you can stealth, Sneaking potion will increase your stealth a great deal for one minute. If you cannot stealth, there is a potion called Invisiblilty Potion - which burns for 18 sec. (There is another one also, but I cannot recall its name ... but having both would give you two burns of invisibility.
Lastly, there is Swiftness Potion ... a very useful power to have at all times.
These potions, in my opinion, should always be on your character. I recommend you get a stack of 20 of each, since these are older potions, and the materials to make them aren't readily available ... which is why a stack of 20 of each is recommended. If you're going to go to the trouble of making them, make a bunch so you won't run out for a long time. ( they also sell well ... :-)
Hopefully this will help those trying to get the Achievement.

PS. If you have atlasloot, take a good long look at the potions. At the top, change it to Crafting, then select Alchemy. I bet you'll see potions long forgotten from years past that can be EXTREMELY useful in difficult situation's. You can also scan through the potions by using your own guild. Use the roster, then change it at the top to Professions. Change the view at the bottom so you see everyone (including the ones not logged on). Then just find an Alchemist with max skill lvl. You can the look at all they offer. Hope all this helps! :-)

As a shadow priest I was able to reliably deal with the statues in the Crumbling Hall. The key is that there is a small delay between their aggroing and their first melee attack. For talents, you need to have either Body and Soul or Angelic Feather, and Mindbender.
Have Body and Soul and Mindbender up and ready for each encounter with statues. Hit Body and Soul and speed past the statue. If it aggros, turn and unleash the Mindbender on it (from a safe distance). Fade, and kill the statue. For the first two orbs you still need to be a bit lucky. Use Body and Soul, and run past the statues in a loop. One should aggro. Again, kill it with the Mindbender. Then activate the orb while standing as far as possible from the remaining statue.
This method was somewhat tedious as there are at least 7 close encounters with statues, but it worked for me the first time I tried it - after an evening of frustrating attempts using other methods.

Just completed The Thunder Below part of this achievement and I can confirm that if you take damage while in combat with Milau you can abandon it mid-fight and have a friend share it with you (provided they're with you of course). Also, priest levitate is wonderful for knowing if you take damage or not.

This might sound familiar: Nearly at the end of the Crumbling Halls, you're just about ready. A silent "please don't wake up, Jade Warrior" escapes your lips. It does wake up. It manages to get a single hit on you. You curse, abandon the quest, start all over just to have the same happen about an infinite amount of times. This achievement is 20% skill, 180% luck. Virtually impossible unless Blizzard really, really likes you.

Do NOT do any other quest when you're doing this one! It may seem obvious, but I had The Ashweb Matriarch (to kill Bloodtip) at the same time and I took some damage from those little spiderlings she calls out. Then I FLAWLESSLY did the Crumbling Hall without a scratch. I was about to turn in the quest when I reread the requirements. They definitely mean from ANY source, even outside the crumbling halls area.
I sacrificed this half of the acheivement for you, Wowhead.

One word to make the return trips on both of these quests a non-issue: HEARTH. I just earned this achievement today. The Crumbling Halls portion was by far the worst as it took me over an hour of repeatedly being damaged, dropping daily, going back to quest giver and picking it up again, etc. Finally accomplished it though. I'm a fury warrior, and I used my heroic leap A LOT, and to good effect. Especially in the final chamber, as I used it to leap to the last orb to deactivate it. Waited for it to CD, then leapt to center of the room, then after CD leapt to the base of the stairs. Didn't come into contact with any of the mobs doing this. For the final two mobs at the top of the stairs, I just eased my way up and between them by falling the line that runs dead center on the floor at the top of the stairs.
After I got the artifact, I hearthed. Flew back to the quest giver, bingo! Achievement is mine. Did the same with The Thunder Below. So, trust me, use your hearth. Don't mess around with trying to go back through all that mess. HEARTH!

For Hunters doing The Thunder Below part, it's possible and actually pretty easy to just jump over the tiles in the second room with Aspect of the Cheetah on. Run to the edge of the safe tiles and jump at an angle or straight over the traps to avoid the Quilen until you get to the door.
When you get to Milau, stay close to either pillar at the side of the room, at the top of the stairs. DPS and avoid the lightning pools as usual and as soon as Milau starts to fly to the lower floor, run behind a pillar with your back facing the corner. You should be pulled into the back of the pillar. Quickly use Disengage to land safely back on the ground and continue the fight until he's down. It needs a bit of timing (I was too slow on the disengage on one attempt and fell in the water) but it works. Good luck!

Found this quite easy as a rogue.
Had Shuriken Toss and Deadly Throw.
Stayed on max range, no pools hit you there, got 2 pulls, first i used cloak enchant and flew away, 2. cloak and sprint.
On the quillens, if i pulled 1 when i jumped past them i just blinded and then vanished, blind so they wound not bug and run after me in stealth.

run inside the ruins.. and got the Milau kill in the first room, thanks to another player i don't even knew xD

What a load of bull%^&*. The stone dogs can attack you as soon as they come alive. Like, even if they're not in melee range. Can't even FD if you're a Hunter. Just gotta be lucky I guess.

I can confirm that using invisibility potions will work to solo the tiles and granite dogs, and if you're an Engineer like me, and you use your belt (and it malfunctions on you), the achievement still counts. I used my belt to escape Lightning Sweep which Milau channelled at the lower section of the room, which shot me up into the first room of tiles. Luckily my belt gave me the parachute, so I slow fell back down, but sitting a room above while a friend dealt the damage to Milau still gave me the achievement
after applying my diseases for the count

As everyone has said ... this is extremely frustrating. In the end, I just got a stack of
invisibility potions
which have a 10 min cooldown. Work slowly, drink an invisibility potion, position yourself somewhere safe before it ends, go AFK for the 10 min cooldown, drink another invisibility potion, repeat. Stupid ... but I did them both in only a couple tries.

Or do i have to do all the dailies every day in order to find out?
I'm already exalted with the golden lotus, but doing the same quests over and over again hoping for one to pop out is frustrating. Thanks in advance.

The easiest way I found to do this achievement was by having a friend come and do the quest with me. After the boss was below 15 percent he shared the quest to me and I made sure to not take damage after accepting. Then I just hearthed and it was an easy flight back for turn in with credit. Cheers.

Just finished this so I thought I would share some observations. First, I saw someone get Crumbling Hall just by being in a party with me but he never entered the halls, he just entered from outside, went down steps (avoided spiders) and then stayed in that first room, but went all the way to the far left corner. If you have the quest, and open your map, you can see the quest icon fairly close to you even though you are above it. He let me get all four orbs and stayed up there and got the achieve.
That being said. Since I had nobody to help me, I had to figure out the easiest way. First thing you may notice is a bug: sometimes after the rocks fall and explode, you will take damage 3 seconds later even if you are 10 feet away from the spot. Blizz says its a "known" bug so you just gotta keep trying. Each one of you is going to have to make your own strat, but maybe you'll gain something from mine.
First tip: steps are usually a safe zone.
Second tip: you can click orbs even when bubbled
Third tip: if you accidentally aggro a statue or two, dont give up unless you got hit. They are slow. Stun or CC, used your ranged attacks and kite them through falling rocks, which kill them for you.
(1) First room: wait until the many falling rocks hit, then used speed boost to zoom past that, but not past statues which aggro from an invisible switch (remember ICC when we needed rogues to trip the switches in the first rooms?). When my speed boost was available again, I split the statues, zoomed close to them then <jumped> past them and down the steps.
(2) Wait on steps at bottom for 1 or 2 rocks to fall, then hug wall on the right, sneak past statue down to next steps.
(3) Wait on steps at bottom for 3 to 5 rocks to fall, then speed-zoom to steps. Be careful. Don't be near the top or a wide splatter will get ya. Watched the pattern of the two rocks that fall, picked my time, splitting the statues I inched close to the orb until it turned golden. I was far enough away from the statues that I could click without aggroing them. Turned and navigated back to the steps.
(4) Watch rock pattern and picked my time to speed-boost across the room to the far steps. There is no statue here but rocks still fall. Picked my time and ran to the wall, clicked the orb then ran back to the steps and watched the rock pattern.
(5) Just like the first two statues, when I picked my time I used my speed-boost, split the statues, and zoomed then jumped the gap between them, missing the invisible switch. Navigated those steps, hugged the right wall and picked my way past the next platform with a single statue on it. Now I'm at the bottom of the steps. The first tile is always going to be the one indicating the safe path.
(6) Do I go clockwise? Counterclockwise? Jump across "gaps"? NONE OF THE ABOVE. I read all the comments. I chose the easy method: I simply lined up on the tiles leading straight to the orb in the middle of the floor (yours might be in a different spot), then hit my speed-boost and BUBBLED at the same time, zoomed right to the orb. I set off two traps but took no damage due to the bubble. Clicked the orb. Three statues near me. Do I care? No! I don't move at all, just wait 5 minutes for my bubble to cool down.
(7) When my bubble was again available, I had my rout planned. I simply used my speed-boost and bubble combo, zoomed to the safe path away from statues. The path leads to the far steps. Waltz up the steps, click the orb, do a victory dance, then hearth back to SW (yah I know). Very carefully mounted, took the portal to Pandaland then flew to the quest-giver for the win. Took me four tries to figure out how to get zoom-jump past certain statues and get lucky without the buggy rocks hitting you for 90k even though they exploded 3 to 5 seconds before and 10 feet away from where you are standing.
Good luck. If you have a partner, I would try the first method to see if you can cheese it without even going into the halls.

I got lucky doing the thunder below part as a rogue, i had used my cloak on the first pull since i didn't get caught on a pillar, and when i got sucked into the 2nd one, I thought for sure i was dead, but as i landed i noticed the if you run straight out from him, it was a clear path straight to the stairs. needless to say i was lucky.

This is only confirmed by me (having just spend more than enough time trying this -.-), but I think it's a great trick for the
Crumbling Halls
portion of this achievement. Especially if you're getting stumped by the statues!
So it goes like this: only some of the statues come to life! Some are ordinary, plain-rock statues that won't hurt you. No matter how close you get!
So, when you are confronted by two statues (as in the second room), which one is safe? Well, you're going to have to do a dry run before you take the quest. Go down in the Halls and check which statue is safe and which is magically-imbued to fail your quest. Even if you find the unsafe one, just kill it and it will re-spawn again as the unsafe one. Take notes in your head or on paper!
Now leave and accept the quest. If you manage to dodge the rocks - which should be pretty easy - you'll no longer have to worry about the statues because you know which are safe! In the last room, follow the strategies listed below, by going around the outside. The middle guys are all magical, I believe, and will come to life to smite you. Bingo!

As a warlock, this achievement is doable solo, but you won't like it. It's annoying to do by yourself, and takes a few practice runs to get right. The trick to this is to use two major tools extensively: your pet, and

. The gateway allows you to hopscotch over a positively huge section of various dangers in both the Crumbling Halls and Thunder Below sections.
In Crumbling Halls, send the pet to stand in front of any statues too close to where you want to put the gateway exit, just in case you accidentally trigger a fight. If you do get a fight, try to stand as far from it as you can without aggroing other mobs; it's possible, however unlikely, that some kind of AOE or ranged attack could affect you. Voidwalker/voidlord is the obvious choice, but if you're Demonology, make good use of your felguard's stun attack. If you also have

, this is a great way to call out another felguard for a stun if you pull more than one mob (and since the second guy will also whirlwind seconds later, it's a great way to hold aggro off you while you're trying to put them down. Once you use the gateway to patiently hop around to the clickable items that lower barriers, the final room has a huge mob patrolling the area. The final "key" to unlock the last barrier is in a corner somewhere. Try to get an angle on it from safety, send in the pet to stand guard in case something comes alive, then gateway over to the item and click it, then make a gate to hop to the last quest item. Hearth out to somewhere safe, fly back to turn in quest, enjoy.
Thunder Below is, ironically, more annoying, because of a combination of placement and glitches in the first area (if you aren't getting glitches, then celebrate your life and lament mine). The first two rooms are basically a combination of floor trap tiles and dog statues; the idea is you make your way through the "safe" tile path, past the dogs, and into the next section. The easy way is to set up two gateways to hop over most of these: set the first one up on the first "safe" tile in the first room, setting it down in the first "safe" tile in the second room (that lone dog statue almost always comes to life, so set your pet there first to grab aggro). The next gateway starts precisely where you stand (you shouldn't have any extra mobs attack from there), and you're going to put it as close to the big double doors as you can (and you may get aggro, so be sure to set your pet up again). Click open the doors and step through.
That's the hard part. The next section of Thunder Below has statues just off the side of some stairs. These are practically not even worth worrying over; you just hug the railing close to the stairs, run at the stairs and slip down them before the upper statue hits you. Run around the bottom of the stairs, again avoiding the cone attack. Easy peasy, lemon breezy.
Milau is the target of the quest, and there's no two ways around it: getting through this fight without damage sucks, even for us tricky ranged pet classes. The boss has four abilities. When you start the fight, it spews out a sequence of three little ground AOEs around, usually where one of the creatures fighting it is standing. It also coats the lower front of the room with a breath attack that leaves a huge patch of "fire" you should avoid like the plague. The worst two abilities, however, are a kind of "death grip" pull to the lower-front-middle of the room (basically where you came in, and almost always covered in "fire"), and shortly after that Milau channels a big room-wide AOE that you can only avoid damage from by breaking line-of-sight.
So how does a warlock cope with all this?
There are two huge pillars by the stairs up to Milau's balcony. Set a

at the base of one of those stairs (I recommend the right-hand one as you come into the room; seemed like no breath attack covered that area as often). Then go up the stairs and position yourself in the back center of the room. When ready, send in the pet, which normally triggers a breath attack on some part of the ground (make damn sure it's not the stairs you're using, if so go to the opposite side and set a new demon circle). Immediately after this, Milau starts dropping AOE patches on the ground constantly. You have to be very light on your toes to avoid damage; keep moving and refreshing DOTs as you can. Blow all CDs immediately: doomguard, extra pet summons, trinkets, Dark Soul, anything you got.
Keep a sharp eye on the boss, and when you start to get pulled to the middle, be ready to instantly use

. If you placed everything right, you'll yank yourself out of midair and close to the pillar you need to run up and hide behind, and you won't take any damage from the "fire" on the ground. After Milau channels the spell, it'll fly up to the upper balcony. Wash, rinse, repeat. Please note that the breath seems mildly random in direction; it is possible you may need a few tries to get Milau to put the ground "fire" only in the middle or on the stairs you're not using.
If you see some other guys heading down, and they start tripping damage from various sources, you can get this achievement super-easy by following a little behind them (make sure the statues after the floor-trap rooms don't smack you after people pass by them). Wait a little while after they engage Milau to hit the mob; my personal recommendation is to try and wait until after the second time Milau pulls everyone to the lower front section, then use ranged attacks right after the AOE move. Wash, rinse, repeat until Milau is dead. Hearth, fly back to quest turn-in, enjoy completing this part of the achievement.
It should be noted that Milau is not tagged to faction.
You can use the above trick of making others do your dirty work with anyone you see doing this quest.

Hunters - For the Crumbling Halls we have a failsafe (albeit slow) strategy. Avoid the boulders as normal in the beginning, but when you come up to a statue or statue group that has the potential to aggro on you, pop deterrence and run up to them. If one of them aggros, quickly Feign Death before the deterrence runs out and they will go back to normal and you can safely run past them or get the key that you need. Wait until deterrence is off CD before engaging another statue group, and use the same strategy as before to go from group to group, remember to wait on the staircases in between groups as they are safezones.
If anyone has any similar strategies on other classes for cheesing this achievement, let me know and I will add them in.

I just completed this on my frost mage and The Thunder Below part was very simple. Once I made it to Milau I just had my Water Elemental beat on him until he was dead. It took awhile but it worked. My elemental took no damage and was standing in everything. I stayed at the top of the stairs against the left wall so I was not in direct line of sight and just watched. Toward the end of the fight (about 5% left) I went down and threw a Living Bomb on him to ensure I would receive credit.

Will this achievement be still doable after 5.4 patch? Since Golden Lotus dailies are going away...
EDIT: I have written to EU GM about this. One answered off topic and the other one wrote this:
"For this particular Achievement “One Step at a Time” since the requirements are to complete these Golden Lotus Daily quests, then I would assume that the Achievement will be removed as well. However, there hasn’t been anything official stating this yet, so it is possible that they will simply change the requirements for it. I would recommend keeping an eye on Blue Posts and patch notes until 5.4 is released for more specifics and updates on that."
So... they don't know :( I keep checking for these dailies but I am long exalted and have never even seen them :( :( This is unfair to never get a chance for an achiev because of dailies' randomness :(

Do absorbs count against you? I just tried this as a lock by using Sac Pact everytime I went past a statue. One got a swing off but I took no damage since I had the shield up. Did not get credit.

So today,
I went in with a friend, fought our way to the final room, dropped the quest and got it re-shared. Finished the final trap room w/o taking any damage according to chatlog, hearthed out and flew to turn in. Did not receive credit. I have asked via ticket what's up.
So I have two potential questions, 1) could the sharing or hearthing have mucked up the quest. 2) Could a partner taking damage affect my turn in.

I did the Crumbling Halls bit of this today with a friend (if you are reading this, thanks Arrow!). My friend carried the quest and shared it with me right in front of the deactivating device after we had taken care of the Elite patrolling statue. I deactivated the wall, walked carefully up to the artifact, picked it up, hearthed out (Astral Recall actually) and flew ever so carefully to the quest giver

. Turned in the quest (be careful not to stand in the fire next to her!) and got credit - and the achievement. So that tactic definitely works.
I do not know how you would complete it any other way - the Ruins are crawling with npcs, but at least the boulders are not dropping from the ceiling anymore.
And thank you Blizz for making the quest instantly available without having to do pre-quests. I have done those enough!

I can confirm that paladins bubble works. At least in Crumbling Halls part. I parried 1 hit, popped bubble and saw "Immune" hit. HS out and gave in quest and got credit.

In 5.4 many think The Thunder Below part of this achievement is near impossible, but I have a solution to all of you who still need this achievement. On the Timeless Isle there is a mob called

. These mobs have a 10% chance to dropp a
钳爪蟹壳
. This item mimics the benefits of being in
潜行
without actually having to be a Rogue. As long as you don't step on the damaging tiles making your way down to

isn't quite challanging.
Hope this comment helps some people out since I can't see someone else having mentioned this awesome item. There is also another item that could help in case you get too close to a mob and it sees you:

I tried this as a Warlock with my Voidwalker hitting all the mobs and taking on the damage. Was very meticulous and careful during the entire quest and wasn't damaged a single time. I did

get credit. Can it be so that the pet is not allowed to be damaged either? Then this quest is impossible to solo...

Best way possible to do this:
Get a friend to accept the quest from the NPC.
Go down with him, killing everything on the way.
For the Thunder Below:
When you get to the boss, form a party, make him share the quest and kill the boss. Try to stay away so you don't get hit, but close enough so you get the credit for the kill also. Try to get a hit in, just to be safe.
For the Crumbling Halls:
When you get to the room, same thing, form the party and share quest. Then walk directly behind your friend, so if a statue comes alive, he will get hit first. If you do get hit, abandon both the party and quest, then reform party and share quest again.
Once you've done either, hearthstone out, fly to the NPC and return the quest. Careful not to take falling damage or damage from the fire next to the NPC.

5.4 Rogue Guide
I balked at trying this earlier in the expansion because I was focusing on my rogue, and I thought this would be way easier as a ranged class. When I got around to doing this with my brand new warlock, it was already 5.4 and it turns out it is now easier for a rogue than a warlock!
The Crumbling Hall

use stealth and avoid every mob leading to the crumbling hall. This is actually harder than it looks because some of the mobs on your way are
very
twitchy. In my experience, there are two tricky hot spots: the end of the first hall in the west wing, and the maze at the end. If you get too close to the statues, they will wake up and clobber you, but some of the active mobs in the area can also spot you if you come too close. use
at those points, or any other hot spots you run into. This makes your stealth more effective, as if you were level 94 and will make a ton of difference. If you are uncomfortable about some wandering mobs, you can also use
扰乱
to let them mind their own business.
You will break stealth when activating the device in the crumbling hall, don't forget to reenter stealth! Then pop burst of speed and shadow walk, and run for it. If you woke up a statue, chances are it did not have time to hit you. Just
消失
at that point to drop aggro.
Hearth and fly back carefully to the quest giver, mind the birds on your way and don't step on the fire.
The thunder below
Mob spacing in that part of the Guo-Lai halls is more forgiving and you will probably reach Milau without taking damage on your first try. The statues will still use their floor cone AOE, but hey, you have burst of speed.
Ignore the mobs and get on the upper platform behind Milau. Start DPSing him as hard as you can, and get closer to the railing as you do. Milau can melee you after using his abilities, so as soon as he is done throwing a lightning pool or casting a breath, use
闪避
, glyphed for an additional 2 seconds if you feel a little paranoid (note: you should). When Milau flies down and tries to pull you, the railing will prevent you from joining him downstairs! Just wait for him to return, use
to refresh you evasion and be ready to fight again.
Since you can only use evasion twice, it's going to be very iffy if your dps is low. If you vanish, he'll reset. I advise using a potion just before starting the fight, using a flask, food, drums, whatever helps with your dps. As usual, hearth and fly back carefully.

Did this today as a Hunter.
Some tips ...
Camouflage is your friend!
Glyph of MD is a must. Make sure you clear any mobs that you even think you may walk into.
The Jade statues in the bigger tile room can be a bit of a problem as your pet will turn around when he does his Jade Breath - save your Counter/Silencing shot and/or Intimidation for those times as the first one you encounter may be close to you.
Camouflage your way through the tiles as to not aggro those lion statues.
Proceed to clear the mobs down to the bottom chamber with Milau. Make sure to move quickly enough out of the ground AoE the statues do.
Camouflage past any other still statues that may come to life.
You do not need to clear the upper platform but you will need to clear the pats walking below.
Milau isn't that hard - DPS him from the bottom platform from the side, to avoid his frontal Lightning Breath. He will lay down some lightning on the floor - move out of it. You should have enough time to see which side of the room he'll cover.
You do not want to DPS him from the top platform as he does his spinning move, which will make you take falling damage. Disengage your way out of his spinning move ASAP, but make sure you don't Disengage into the lightning covered floor.
Save your cooldowns for Milau and he should drop fairly quickly.
Hearthstone back and don't get too over-zealous. Bonfires and jumping down the stairs will still damage you.

I tried this on my rogue, everything went smooth and great until I hit the damn bonfire NEXT to the NPC which I guess counts as damage because I did not get credit towards the achievement. Beware!

Did the Crumbling Hall portion yesterday. I have two accounts, but a friend can be even more helpful because you don't have to swap from screen to screen. With the toon(Pally) I was attempting the achievement on, I didn't grab the quest and just nuked my way to the dragon. Once there I placed myself behind on of the dragon statues and not to pull any respawns or get gripped by the boss.
I moved my secondary toon(DK) with the quest in log to the dragon. I bungled 3 attempts before I finally got it right. I'm not sure if after a certain percent the Dragon stops flying to the lower level and gripping everyone, or if he can only cast it so many times. My successful attempt he flew two or three times and sat casting pools and breaths for nearly a minute straight after I stopped my dps at 20% to let my dots fall off.
Make sure to keep moving during this because the pools still do a bunch of damage and they were the reason I messed up two of the previous attempts. With him down to around 5% I shared the quest to my Pally, popped CD's on the Pally and blew my bubble and ran in and finished the dragon off.
Immediately I hearthed back to shrine, took the stairs down so as not to fail from fall damage, and flew to the quest giver. I can't stress this enough, BEWARE THE BONFIRE! The npc is standing next to a large bonfire and it will damage you, and make you fail the achievement.
Today was a bust on doing the Thundering side, but my strategy will be the same. Clear without the quest, use secondary toon if any issues arise, hearth to safety, and turn in.

Shao-Tien Fist Melee missed You. (Missed)
Aww yiss...
Used my feral druid for this. Between the first two red (Shao-Tien Fist) statues, there is a patrolling mob. You can feral charge to him as he reaches the two, but one statue may activate and punch you, or the patrolling mob might. I used Incarnation->Prowl and instantly restealthed as it -missed- me, and got lucky with statue placement for the rest of the place.
I strongly suggest leaving the Mission Impossible theme on repeat for this one...

If you want to shorten the distance between the completion and the turnin, you can use the "Path of the Setting Sun" teleport gained from getting gold speed in Gate of the Setting Sun challenge mode.

I found a rather easy way to do The Thunder Below with a buddy.
Step 1- your buddy grabs the quest
Step 2- You and your buddy make your way through the halls to the dragon (does not matter if you take any damage).
Step 3- Heal yourself up to full, and have your buddy share the quest with you
Step 4- Your buddy beats the dragon while you stand back and make sure to not take any damage (tag it once with a ranged spell)
Step 5- Hearth out, turn in the quest, and the criteria for part of the achiev is met.

Having some major troubles getting the "The Crumbling Hall" part done. My combat log is empty, and I still don't get credit for completing it without taking damage. 100% sure I don't step on anything, and I kill all the trash at range.

If your hearth is to the Shrines, to the balcony Innkeeper,
DO NOT JUMP OVER IT
. Go down the stairs... walking. Fall damage WILL screw your achievement and won't appear as
RED
text in the log, so some may think they didn't take ANY damage at all.
Also I noticed that the Jade Warrior statues may agro on you more easily if you're stealthed and from farther range. Just walk unstealthed between them that none may come to life and ruin your achiev.
Also, make sure you don't use any gear that procs AoE damage, i.e., Hunters with 4 pieces of BRF items (even and specially from LFR), Shammys with the electric orb proc, and so on. These may agro other adds that are not on your path and come hit you in your back without you noticing and ruin the achiev. Take out one piece of the set to deactivate the 4-set proc and proceed. ;)

I just attempted "The Thunder Below" and I can confirm that, if you are a Lock, using Burning Rush will screw up the achievement. It seems a little obnoxious that unavoidable damage linked to a speed boost spell would ruin this achievement, but unfortunately it does. I reported this to Blizz as a possible bug that they might want to fix. However, for now
DON'T USE BURNING RUSH WHEN ATTEMPTING THE ACHIEVEMENT
.

I just completed the crumbled Halls part of the achievement with my lvl 100 Druid on live(Patch 6.2). After a few failed attempts I figured out that the statues will not attack you when you always face them while running past them!
So if you were having trouble with this achievement because those stupid statues always stand in your way - always look them directly in the eyes ;)
Walking with e/q works fine, you don't have to edge across the room with d/a.
Hope this helps some of you.

A quick lvl 100 comment
As a paladin, I am asure I took 0 damage, as I had Sacred Shield (talent) all of the time.
This did however NOT grant me the achivement.
I went down there, simply parrying/dodging the few attacks from the dogs who woke up, and this DID grant me the achivement.
Short story short:
For me, absorbsions: BAD!
Parry/Dodge: GREAT!

I may have missed it, but in case it hasn't been explicitly stated elsewhere, if you look at the 4th tile in the center once you reach the bottom of the stairs (it will be 2 tiles past the last pair of Spirit's Swiftness speed boost circles), it will display the "safe" tile pattern that's being used throughout the Halls since it changes.

As of 8.3 the Crumbling Hall part of this achieve is broken. The floor tiles flicker between different symbols, meaning you cannot walk along the "safe" tiles.
One workaround I found was to have a priest friend:
- have priest pickup Crumbling Halls quest
- in the final room, position yourself next to the orb thingy you need to click (don't click it yet)
- have priest share the quest with you
- click orb, do not move
- priest stands on the stairs of the final platform and casts Leap of Faith on you
- finish the quest, hearth and head back to the quest-giver
Edit 5/12: Per DCCXVIII comment below, Leap of Faith might not work depending on the location of the orb (line of sight issue). It worked for me when the orb was positioned on the left side of the room when you first enter (managed to successfully complete the quest and the achieve).
Also, warlock gate and/or summon might work just as well.
Blizzard really needs to fix this.

The part of
破败的大厅
seems to be bugged right now. The tiles in the last room are flickering and changing their shape every .5 seconds or so. What I did with my warrior was I jumped into the room and leaped to the edge next to where the switch for the wall is, before I could hit the ground and got damage from fire or lightning. Afterwards, my girlfriend placed a warlock gate around 1 1/2 tiles in from the edge to the final ramp and I just used it mid-air in order to reach the goal. Hope that helps :)

I just did Crumbling Halls with a buddy as DK and Mage but it should work with any class
So my plan was simple. Have 1 Character have the quest and stand on the stairs next to the quest item.
The other Character has to stand near the orb that deactivates the final mist wall
Once both are in position the Character on the stairs shares the Quest with the Character near the orb.
Then you can use a Swapblaster to swap positions, its barely in range so be carefull not to step on the bugged traps.
After you swapped, just pick up the Quest item and Hearthstone out.
Turn in the Quest and you should get the Achivement.

You can still get progress on this in Shadowlands pre-patch, but man it's lags like crazy down there since tiles and gates and stuff is somehow stacking on top of each other like crazy... Watch out for flickering tiles..

Was finally able to complete the crumbling halls part of this achieve now that blizz fixed it in SL. My suggestion is not to hearth out. I think that bugs the achieve. So just hoof and fly to turn in the quest to pop the achieve.

The Thunder Below is especially easy with a mage. Just blink past the statues, and when you're done, teleport back to Shrine of Two Moons rather than risk working your way out.

Just did the Crumbling Hall without taking damage. Took me around 10 tries because after reading the comments I figured that since the statues constantly agroed on me, it was considered fail. But then I got tired and just made a run with carefully running and killing everything at range and if statues came to life I just killed them asap, which is one shot on lvl 60. I didn't care so much that I even ran back through the whole thing again with some statues respawned and agroed at me again... To my surprise since in my combat logs there was no damage from anything, quest counted towards the achievement as "no damage taken" so I guess it is easier now with 60 character.
P.S. invis pots and belt enhchants don't work, statues still agro on you, and it felt random because then I tried running around other non active statues and they just stood there...

hearthing worked for me for both parts of the achievement yesterday and today.
ps. Since taking any damage will cause you to fail, I suggest keeping away from the bonfire near the quest turn in.

Very easy achievement to do once you realise how it's done. I reccomend using a ranged class with mobility like a Balance Druid or a Mage. Grab the quest, open your combat log to make sure you do not take any damage. Enter in the halls, and pretty much oneshot every mob that could potentially hit you from afar, then simply walk through the trap area by walking on the "line" between a tile and the adjacent one. This will not trigger traps. For the statues, as a druid, i found i could easily flash past them using dash/stampeding roar without any issue at all, and it can easily be done in Shadowlands by any class simply going in as Venthyr and teleporting past them. Get to the end, kill the boss, Hearthstone. Now all you have to do is get to the quest giver without taking damage.

I took the quest, I tried to do it by walking along the intermediate line of the slabs and I still took damage. I abandoned the quest, I took it again. Warrior fury. Spam whirlwind and use heroic leap to jump over the risky slabs. I killed Mulai, hearthstoned, handed in the quest, gave the part of the achievement. Using the hearthstone does not invalidate the achieve

My Shadowflame weapon enchant procced when I was killing the statues and that was enough for the Crumbling Hall part of the achieve to fail, lesson learned.

If you are doing this in Remix (if you don't have some natural stealth ability) the easiest way i found was to just use the Blink tinker (if you are not a mage) to avoid the stone Quillen altogether. Collecting something like Prayer of Purged Fear that gives you stealth and/or using Fade to reduce your aggro radius is just too unreliable. Just take note of the safe tile when you enter the halls and nuke everything from a safe orbit while blinking past all the Quillen.
Either that, or have someone run ahead to clear the way xD.

Tried this in remix, nothing damaged me (i checked in the "what happened to me" box), turned in, and the achievement didnt pop up.
Not sure what the problem is, I may try next time without using hearthstone to get back, but still, I dont think thats the issue.
