This quest is slightly bugged. I had 20 Elixir of WIsdom and this quest took ALL of them.

Rune has 5 parts.

1. Kill and loot the first boss in the Blackfathom Deeps Raid (Baron Aquanis).
This will drop a quest-starting item called "Strange Water Globe. This will start the quest called "Baron Aquanis".
Hand it into the Troll "Je'neu Sancrea" in Zoram'gar Outpost. He is your quest chain giver for this rune.

2. Complete the Shaman only quest "Elemental Distress" that Je'neu Sancrea now offers.
This involves killing 3 types of elementals (Water, Fire and Earth).
Mote of Torrential Rage drops from the water elementals in Ashenvale's Mystral Lake @ 50, 70.
Mote of Infernal Rage drops of the fire elementals in Stonetalon Mountain's Charred Vale @ 32, 60.
Mote of Seismic Rage drops of earth elementals in Stonetalon Mountain's Charred Vale @ 32, 60.
While the water and fire motes are easy enough, The earth ones are a struggle!
The amount of earth elementals to farm is low and they share a spawn with the fire elementals. So kill both as you search.
Be patient. The farm for the Mote of Seismic Rage can be brutal.

3. Complete the FIRST Shaman only quest "Elixir of Insight" that Je'neu Sancrea now offers.
Purchase a "Elixir of Wisdom" and a "Elixir of Water Breathing" from the Auction House to hand in.
You can collect these ahead of time to avoid flying everywhere. Zoram'gar Outpost does NOT have an Inn or Mailbox.

4. Complete the SECOND Shaman only quest "Elixir of Insight" that Je'neu Sancrea now offers.
Drink the Elixir of Insight that he gives you by the Bonfire at Zoram'gar Outpost.
It is located North-West of the village towards the water and about 50-80 yds away.

5. Complete the Shaman only quest "Hirzek" that Je'neu Sancrea now offers.
Hirzek is located in the Southern Barrens with all the other Quillbour (Blackthorn Ridge @ 43, 79).
He is directly south of Brine the "Call of Water" quest giver by around 120 yds.
Kill his elemental pet first! It is immune to nature damage.
If you struggle killing Hirzek, You can kite him extremely long distances across barrens with Earthbind Totem.
The kiting method helped me gain full mana back and fight him @ half health. (this worked at the time of this post 25-JAN-24).
Loot Hirzek's staff and hand the quest back in with Je'neu Sancrea at Zoram'gar Outpost!
