Apparently class and faction identity is entirely defined by buffs?... boo hooI hope its called Lion's Roar or something and given to hunters.
Holy !@#$... The amount of people complaining about dumb #$%^ on here is just ridiculous. It's a wacky experimental classic+ realm, if you don't like it go play era and stfu.Sometimes it's just astonishing how dumb all of you classic purists are.Seriously surprised blizzard still tries to give a #$%^ about your dumb$%^& opinions.
People having serious complaints about this, as if there was going to be competitive BFD raiding (which is essentially going to be a lower level UBRS) with TEN (10) people rosters. You're not even going to have to pick optimal groups for that either - just get 10 people and go.
you know all these ppl complaining about this ^&*! ... they arent changing classic .. they still have a ERA server if you dont like this stuff
They should just put in a secret that lets dwarves be shamans and undead be paladins.
Horde definitely need something, paladin buffs are beyond overpowered in PvE when compared to what the Horde gets in PvE with Shamans. After playing Horde during Vanilla and Alliance during Classic, it's not even a close comparison with how much easier Alliance has raiding, Blessing of Salvation, Blessing of Kings, Blessing of Light, Blessing of Might, Blessing of Wisdom, it's hard to believe more Alliance guilds weren't clearing Naxx in Vanilla with such a large power differential. And that's not even considering the better PvE racials Alliance have. It really breaks down to Paladin buffs are raid wide, Shaman buffs are group wide with a limited range and not as strong of effects with some totems being mutually exclusive to a shaman, ie can't have windfury and tranquil totems cast by the same Shaman. Should be looked at in Classic+
I'm honest, idgaf about people crying because of SoD. I'm excited and hyped for playing it in a few weeks :)
Judging by this comment section, I have to be the only one who plays Horde on Classic Era because I find Horde far more appealing and cool than Alliance. I don't care about Alliance being superior from a gameplay perspective. Classic Era isn't hard or complex at all. It's not difficult playing Horde. I don't fathom this need to min/max so that you decide everything based on the meta.Someone asked me why I play Troll Warrior when Orc Warrior is superior because of Axe specialisation. Why would I care? I like the Troll fantasy more than Orc, and I also like their looks over Orcs. Do I have a more challenging time in the game because I lack the Orc's Axe specialisation? Not at all. The content is still prolonged and easy. People insist on min/maxing within a game that doesn't need or require this levelling of min/maxing at all.
Yeah I do really hope Horde get a better salvation rune buff option as the shaman threat reduction totem isn't as good since they've already given Alliance WF and tremor totem ability. Giving Horde kings is a step in the right direction, just need to make sure salvation option is on the table or just remove all of these changes. Especially when we all know Alliance PVE is going to be way bigger than Horde side. I don't want to put time into my Horde toons only to find there's not enough guilds/pug options to raid with end game, heck even to party with while leveling as well.
WTF is this? Why you are trying to remove the uniqueness between the 2 factions.Do not make this like freaking retail. I am playing Classic because i love the uniqueness it has and the RPG and many more things.Do not ruin this aspect of the game. Hordes have ShamansAlliance have PaladinsHordes have totemsAlliance have blessings.End of story . Don't f***cking make this sh*t like retail!
