I..is that..CONSISTENCY? Oh hallelujah :DThey really are listening huh? :O
Seems like it will make our rotation even slower...
I don't get why we are locked to a cycle when one is only good for AOE and one is only good for direct damage.
Sounds weird.
Yes! Great Job blizz
I wish they'd add the cleave damage back to empowered Wrath
Looks a lot like Cata/MoP Balance Druid and I like it
Great change, still doesn’t address the fact that you’ll be stuck using Wrath in AoE at certain points.
So it's chakras for druids?
sounds boringcast 3 starfirecast 3 wrathcast 3 starfirecast 3 wrath etc...
Sounds like a crossover between MoP and WoD eclipse now, but eclipses are way shorter
Meh! To be honest I tought it was cool in Cata because it was new. But we were in a better direction with nowadays system. Makin a tweak in the actual system is far better than bringin the old cata system back with some tweaks. It seems you are forced into a rotation even when it's not the best scenario to keep your rotation. Can you please bring something new to the table for balance druids?
What was wrong with the builder spender we have now? Feels like a change that wasn't really needed :( Just gives Legion Moonkin back!
From someone who have been playing boomkin since tbc im saying one word : Awful. And also another word: BORING. I was really excited for shadowlands, now not so much.
It's good they are listening and trying things, but I still feel like Balance has a long way to go. This iteration is more deterministic, but it's also a lot less "exciting" and results in promoting sub-optimal spells in certain situations(wrath in AoE). And the rotation: Cast 3, eclipse, Cast 3, eclipse, rinse and repeat. I've never liked having Wrath and Starfire the main abilities, personally I don't really like Starfire in general. It's not exciting, it doesn't feel fun to cast, it feels clunky. They should rework a new ability to replace it that's more fun and engaging to help the rotation flow better. Right now it's starting to feel like Balance is heading in the Shadow Priest direction where they are stuck on a certain mechanic(eclipse, like VF for Spriest) and are having trouble working around it in a way that's fun.
Yeah, essences do carry it a bit now, but in Legion it was great I thought! I was never a fan of the pendulum playstyle tbh, so the builder spender is more fun, at least for me!
