No breaks? A 2 month break b.c the seasonal content was only a week long.
You can do the season, finish it, move on to another game and come back and play the new season when it launches. I'm skipping BG3 until molders fix it to be more like core rules, but I'm 100%ing AC6 and playing Starfield until season 2 drops.
I don't see the issue with this. In fact, I see it as a good thing. Means if you wanna continuously play D4 forever, you can just chain season to season, but nothing is stopping you from playing 1/3 of the season, taking a break and returning for the next one.
The lack of a break is very concerning. The devs say they care more this time about player feedback, but there's no way for players to really provide feedback.Currently, there's no PTR. In my mind, that's a priority concern, but others may not feel the same. However, that lack of time between seasons gives players exactly zero time to consider the updates we'll be seeing in the patch. What do the balance changes that we're going to see mean, and how will they affect us? What player feedback are they going to listen to if they give players zero actual time to provide feedback, and have no plans to provide an avenue to solicit that feedback?
Doesn't matter. Won't touch it until the equivalent of the Reaper of Souls expansion comes.
I'll take a delayed pass, will wait for Raxx video on what this target unqiue farming is like, and maybe if i want to play it.Already got Uber Lillith prior to Season 1, and completed 100 NM Dungeon. If the new 5 bosses are challenging ill take a crack, but if its like Season 1 80 uber boss, then there is no point.Game still doesn't have WT5.
i consider the time between when I finished season one and the time I pick up on like season 29 to be a break.
Haven't touched D4 since season launch, it just goes too quickly and it throws me out since I haven't got that much time to play
Reminder: Diablo 3 didn't have any seasons until 2 years after release. - When the game was actually 'stable'.Diablo 4 is complete and utter trash with no end game. They keep their scheduled 2 month seasons to sell their battlepass and try to mask their lack of any end game.I will say it again:Trading = Economy = End Game.No trading in an arpg = No End Game.Diablo 3 had complete full trading until the Reaper of Souls pre-patch, then the game instantly died when trading was removed. As proved again by D4 which has less than 3k players in-game as of 29/08/2023.
