I also hadn't really ever listened to what King Menethil says in the cinematic. Talking about ruling with wisdom and showing restraint, just as Arthas raises a massive undead dragon, the opposite of restraint. Except at the very end of WotLK, we learned that he had always shown restraint while commanding the Scourge.
