I think the timing is great. Get a chance to do quests at full gold reward and actually read the story and enjoy each zone.
SoD released Nov30, SoD phase 2 comes Feb8, which is exactly 70 days aka 10 weeks aka two months since launch. Two months is fine. Get over yourselves.
Nice, maybe our guild can get past Lord kelris. What a gatekeeper. unnecessarily hard.
Y'all never experienced a year of Dragonsoul and it shows.
even the most casual of gamers are ready for phase 2 with minimal playing time. the fact we have to appeal to the lowest common denominator in polygamy peter who lives on a compound with 56k internet and 2 mins to play per day is insane to me
Diablo 4's next season starts Jan 28.They are delaying the next phase, so that D4 new season gets 10 days of decent player activity. If they release SoD's next phase before that, they will miss out on a lot of players in D4, because I can guarantee you that most people will choose SoD's next phase over D4 S3 if they have to choose between the two and that's just not good for D4. It's an obvious choice they have to make.No idea why people don't want to use their brain and instead think that Blizzard is waiting for people to level. Are you like trying to make yourself feel better by constantly looking down on someone who doesn't exist? Yes there are no more people leveling. Well there are A LOT of people leveling, but almost everyone is leveling 2-3-5-10th alt.The company have to look after it's interests as well, which right now is to raise the popularity of D4 for the next expansion, so each new season is crucial. Plus what's the issue with waiting a bit. If you don't like it don't play it until the next phase start. Take a short break from SoD. It's not like someone is holding a gun to your head forcing you to be online nonstop.
Another Blizzard L when it comes to releasing content at the right time. They need to work on this throughout WoW in general. This should be released in the next one to two weeks, not in one month.
i hate to admit it but i am one of those dad gamers. i have kids and work but i game a lot too. However I started SOD strong and have logged in less over the holidays, and honestly had forgotten about it, almost 18 on my main and 16 on alt. I am an altoholic, and completionist. So I like to have alts for having all the professions available, which then leads to more alts, more leveling...and wasting more time when my main could be maxed by now. Its a me problem. I enjoy it though and its fun, so thats all that really matters. But now...knowing i have a month looks like I'll be putting in the hours maxing out at least my main and 1 alt. I dont pvp or min/max bis, might try the raid a few times, but i'll get there. I see no reason to super rush even now, but not even having a 25 would be kinda bad going into phase 2. there are no real excuses other than simply had no desire to play, and forgot about it. Also been playing wow retail, finally came back to dragonflight after being gone basically a year, so that has been a lot. And then there's d4 which i also fell behind on season 2 and season 3 is coming end of january...season 30 of d3 coming soon too. And then there's work, life in general stuff. plus a free light mmo called palia that has sucking any remaining time i have. The struggle is real when have multiple games going at once.
Jesus a lot of complaining here haha, just sit quiet and wait for them to give the best result rather than rushing to please some impatient teen-mind with no life. Just go play some other games meanwhile and let things grow.
Anyone complaining about the length of the phase is a total and absolute loser IRL and has no life.
