Specifically the bounty hunting achievement is almost impossible. Basically you queue up for Wintergrasp (the Battleground) and on your first visit/if you did not already complete it you gain a quest to win a Battleground of Wintergrasp which grants you i believe 1000 honor. After winning the battleground & having the quest ready to finish by clicking on it since it is autocompleting you go into the zone you need with warmode on and you than turn the quest in and are granted the achivement. Afterwards you just repeat this process with several chars one for each zone basically

This saved me alot of time towards getting the Meta achivement since sadly there is no shortcut to get the bounty one best way is to keep Nazjatar during a CTA week and get them that way.
