Dark Horse Mikanikos is not a phrase I thought I'd ever hear
Yay. Thought it was a bug first. Great to hear it’s intended and Bron feels amazing with this new spawn rate.
Very cool
DoTs not counting is sad, especially considering channeled spells count multiple times. With the change that you no longer generate stacks while Bron is active, surely DoT classes would not have too much of an advantage? Also does damage from your pets count towards the counter?
Do you have a comparison for more specs? Its a really interesting change
Consecration absolutely gains many stacks on Bron on PTR. basically the reason I could get Bron to pop 15 second into first pull on DoS. One drop of Consecration generates stacks based off of mobs around it looked like as seen here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bY97j65h5j4Edit: nevermind, I missread the Consecration part in the post as in how it currently works (on PTR), and not on live. my bad.
wondering if rogues with lightning fast auto attacks will get a lot of benefit out of this, maybe this gives it the edge it needed for rogues to comfortably be Kyrian on the competitive level.
Since it's undocumented I wouldn't say yet that it's intended - proccing after 15 seconds of combat seems a bit overtuned
Havoc DH would have high uptime on him in m+ and be able to benefit from his haste buff on every pull, which might compensate for not having Korayn like Night Fae. I'd prefer that to Pelagos, but I guess we will see if this change sticks and how it competes.
He still does the knockback? I hope no one use him in M+ then. Can really mess up things.
most of the soulbind changes ive noticed arent really in the tooltips yall they just gotta keep up with the next wave. there are tradeoffs.
Did they fix it so bron actually heals instead of doing actually nothing but wasting his GCDs casting his heal that heals for nothing? Like i don't mean the heal is low i mean it doesn't do anything.
Even before this buff people were already saying he'd be BIS for some classes because of the CD reduction on their covenant abilities.
Congrats on getting this nerfed into the ground. You know Blizzard's gonna go its usual pendulum route on this.
As long as he does the damn knockback, he's not really usable in dungeons.
