I coould make very easy thisd brawl with a Tempo Mage, works really well with the crates, just make sure to not put Duplicate (i forgot to replace mine's) or you might give a huge drawback to yourself.
I find Facehunter works really well. Instead of going face, go crate, which gives you lots of tools for smashing. Also, be sure to use those Sargeants and Explorer's Hats on YOUR crate, to cash in and deny you opponent cards.
Mage works really well in this, won twice against paladins. Great card back!
Warlock is amazing. You have lots of spells that you can use to destroy your own box, and you can get great card from the gifts. The first game that I won, I got two Twisting Nethers, and they each cost 3. That allowed me to clear the board multiple times and get two gifts in one go. My opponent just conceded.Another thing I want to get going is helping every one get the card back. It took me a long time to win, since I don't normally play Warlock. For a fun brawl, it made me really salty. I put the new back on, wished my opponent happy winterveil, and concede. That way they get a special gift from me and can hopefully pass on the good will.
Warlock is pretty good for this but my favourite is Priest. Cards like and the / combo can take out crates on both sides of the board. will take out a crate for only 2 mana. You can buff your own crates with or and then suicide them against bigger minions or take out other crates. and are great against any big threats. Here's my deck:
I made a killer deck for this brawl, it's incredibly fun, high win rate. Denies the opponent the crates, especially early on.
Since my daily is Paladin, I get some stuffs: + : Scarlet crate opening knife.: Suddenly you have a mimic (chest monster) who bites hard.Remember to bring your trusted .add : You no open gift!
Went with a dragon Paladin. Worked out very well for me surprisingly.
Played the brawl, got the card back, and quite honestly, I'm not interested in playing it again. No matter which class your opponent chooses (and let's be honest, it's going to be Warlock at least 75% of the time), you're going to be seeing the same cards--crazed alchemist, doomsayer, stampeding kodo, etc.--and it's always going to come down to who does a better job of denying their opponent the gift boxes, especially in the first two rounds. It's kind of why I don't like to play Monopoly--you can tell who's going to win very quickly (barring something extremely lucky for whoever gets the slower start), but it takes forever to actually reach the end.
I love this brawl. I find it a real strategy session from first to last. Only problem is that sometimes it can go on too long swinging backwards and forwards so often that you just want it to end already!
