Currently it is still a little over tuned for like even Tier 1, I can make sometimes to the 3 Bloodseekers then in about 2 secs one shotted. I think it needs to be tuend down and get rid of these one shot happenings not only with Bloodseekers but other creatures in there also. and only one death is absurd should be 3 at least may make it more fun for those who arent quite as skilled.
I have no idea why they took the Greater Rift system from Diablo 3 and made it worse. The no-deaths system is by far the most execrable part of it.It's a timed run. It already has a failure method built in: if you die too much, you're not going to meet the timer anyway, and if they were still concerned about high-level runs still being too achievable even with multiple deaths, there's always adding extra time penalties on top for each death. You know, like Greater Rifts work in Diablo 3.God forbid people might want to play with their friends, or in non-optimal conditions.Never mind that it's still so overtuned that even streamers with BiS gear playing the absolute best specs in the game aren't having a great time...
i agree with aeliel d3 rift system was great whats the point of content like this i really doubt many people even play it, hype of deaths and streamers reactions onlyjust bring rifts to d4 and let people enjoy it for many years like they did in d3
The one shot death from animas and crossbows from far distances are ridiculous and very unfair, just fix it up to 4 deaths like NM dungeons and lot of people will be able to push more, or bring rifts system from D3 making each death add time like 10 seconds or so
Hold up a minute. " Diablo 3 greater rifts " " Well-liked system ". I strongly object. That system was trash, and any variation of it will be trash. I don't want to play a racing game, timing my laps, beating my ghost, get to the checkpoint, die here, get a pylon power, blow the screen, get a dedicated team, repeat, oh my god I'm 2 seconds faster, put that on the board. I got this legendary which allows me TO LITERALLY DRIFT LIKE A CAR to go faster in the rift. And I got a mega ancient legendary I'm so excited, maybe I can go another 2 seconds faster, +0.001 to main stat, lemme look at the best build to clear a rift fast, copy paste, there you go, I'm done after 2 days, see you in 4 months. IT STINKS. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD no racing game. Make a good ARPG please. (Or accept a sponsorship from a tire company, or a car company, or F1. You already embraced fast food, might as well go on full-on racing mode)
Gotta say I was expected something else, did it once but thats its not gonna waste my time. There are way to many great games out now.
I just want a scaling dungeon system that has no affixes. Period. Literally a copypasta of the greater rifts from D3 minus the timer. I hate being on a clock. I also loathe having to craft, salvage, craft, salvage, and craft more sigils due to the multitude of affixes, especially since many specializations are limited to one elemental or physical type and if that counter is one of the affixes in the sigil, it's an instant salvage and that just isn't fun.
You know what have worked better? Make the drop rate for uber uniques or max roll rares a part of this. That would give folks a nice incentive to try it and keep running.
