k sozo': tank him in an outer circle; kill the automa before engaging the real bossmenagerie: ^, use a Potion of Unhindered Passing if you get targetted (it can and will get really messy as the boss hp drains)postmaster: kill wo and stack so you dont cover the room, dont soak the puddlesoasis: kill wo, you can pull one from a random pack and fd; if you take the mice i am absolutely out. :)so'azmi: jump in and back so the group doesnt have to search for the tankstormheim: adds are cc-able, *do it*; sticks are casted by the scalebinders btwdrake: don't be afraid to take 1-2 hits, that is what healer is for - stack them for otkso'leyah: just be at max range from starsone thing more, if you have a party member with slow loading just kite some of the adds near spawn - they can dps albeit without graphics! foooor a minute in my case.. ;d
BTW Squishei, the debuff that allows a player to eat orbs is actually called Gluttony, not Grand Consumption.

Putting him in a corcer or doorway feels more like rational thinking rather than cheese.
I do hope this gets fixed. It creates an expectation for the tank to do this every single time or the players will be annoyed with them, but I'd rather just not worry about any weird strats and just play the game.
This is such a much more useful post then "look at this chart, it got colored lines to tell you which class you should play"
Even if that door gets fixed... there are other parts of that encounter area where you can do the same thing. The corners of the stage for example. You can kill the second boss there and have pretty much the same outcome, if you get him close enough to that corner. Three orbs stuck at the crates and two moving away in a really easy to absorb fashion.They would need to completely get rid of all the interior and make it so the boss just refuses to go to the edge of the room. Which they obviously won't do.
