That's great news regarding the legendaries.
People gotta get wit the times and upgrade! Don't be a bunch of scaredy-chumps man! ;)
We've updated our summary that the legendary drop rate stays the same from the third one onwards, not the second.
"We think it’s important to get this across clearly: it currently takes the same amount of luck/effort to get your third Legendary as it takes to get your eighth."In other words, as someone who hit 110 within 10 hours of launch and has been playing fairly regularly but only JUST got their second legendary last week, I can expect to get my 8th legendary sometime around 9.1.5's release?
As someone who has two legendaries on my main and one on my tanking alt I would love to get 8 legendaries. I unfortunately do not play this game 10 hours everyday. I am not saying hope they drop in every WQ turn in chest, but would be nice if they added the chance of getting one from doing WQ's. I have downed every rare on both toons so not much to do other then WQ's.
i have old and slow computer im use to vista wasnt plan change it.im using vista like 8 year.i dont wana buy new hdd.(vista can be installed hdd old ways while win7 and others want empty new discso seriously why im forced to buy new product just play wowlow graphic low system that one of reason i play wow.7-8 year old gts 450 geforce with work ok.while no new game can be playedso what is this poor and old player not allowed play wow anymore wowthis is seriously idiotic.every year blizzard do so many silly think like they dont wana player play this game.wod was totally huge try kill wow.
It baffles me that people are complaining about the need to upgrade to a more recent OS, or the game's system reqs in general... We're talking computers here. We're talking of constant upgrading, of an industry where every year new products are released with much-increased demands compared to the previous year. WoW is relatively easygoing when it comes to that compared to most games in the market; it can run decently on 5-year-old systems and doesn't have extreme reqs, meaning you don't need the most up-to-date or expensive gear in order to run it at a good level, unless you're doing gladiator-level pvp or hardcore mythic raiding. Hell, I'm playing WoW on a 2014 laptop with a Geforce820 and a 1.6 GHz CPU, I raid mythic and do some rated pvp once in a while, and I find absolutely no problem with it apart from somewhat low FPS when on higher settings or when I run 4 pages open on a browser, Skype, Discord and 20 people in the raid collapsing in the middle of the screen (and the size of the keyboard). Complaining about the OS is even more confusing... XP are 15 years old, Vista are more than 10 and were generally considered to be lacking, neither of them are supported by Microsoft in the first place, it's only natural that in 2017 there's no real reason for a game to be compatible with such outdated systems. Getting Windows 7/8/10 isn't just a matter of playing a game, there's a lot more reasons why someone should use them over XP/Vista. If you're still running on them, pity, but I doubt that the biggest problem when running a system more than a decade old is compatibility with Blizzard games.
Seriously guys, if you are still using XP or Vista I'm sorry for the troubles you're dealing with in real life. Your excuse can't be money, if you can't go out at all because of some disability or abusive things those things are real excuses. If you are a healthy human being, you can go out and make the lowest pay possible in your country for a month and still upgrade to Win7.Also the guy complained about using Vista for 8 years... Win7 runs way faster than Vista on ANY computer, whole universe hated Vista's existence yet you insist on using it. Good job, if you contact Microsoft and tell them about this they will probably thank you for your ignorance and support for Vista and send you a free copy of Win7.I played on outdated systems and low graphics for 2 years. (Nothing close to these guys but well, couldn't run game on medium graphics and my fps was dropping to 1 in fights) That's not WoW you're playing. After I upgraded my system and played with high graphics, it was a complete difference experience that I couldn't believe it's the same game. I recommend all regular players to keep their machine updated to play on at least medium settings. You are spending time in this game, it will boost your experience it's not money wasting. If you are playing like 1hr/day well ok you don't need it probably, I don't even get why ppl play this game at all when they only have 1hr to play. Like cmon go play some single player RPG it will probably take you long enough to finish it until they release a sequel.

With the comment about the Ruby Sanctum, why would the dragonflights rebuild their sanctums, if they can no longer reproduce. Sure they could rebuild them, but with the pain of losing all their unhatched whelplings, and the inability to breed, why go through the effort?
