Really cool ideas here! Love to see Blizzard experimenting like this.

masochistic sounds nice for pvp, hope they don't nerf it
These sound hilarious, but I can't see any competetive raiding guilds using anything more than the occasional Spontaneous Fury.Still though, I like the concept a lot.
the payoff is not enough for a single one of those. I wont be using any of them personally....
I hope that 2% increase is just a placeholder. That's really lame and I don't care how strong it is, I'm not going to take on a mechanic that makes playing the game obnoxious just for a flat damage boost. I like the concept though. Also that Taunt one would be a #$%^& in Pugs.
Payoff needs to be additional special currency in raid boss kills and end-of-dungeon M+ chest.
There is a clear problem that some of these have negligible or non existant downsides. the Killing blow or target focus ones do nothing in a single target scenario, with the latter being completely okay in any kill anything on sight, nothing stopping me from aoeing anyways scenario.Meanwhile you have the oops I just taunted the boss because an unavoidable mechanic set me below 25%. Oups here comes an add again. Oops I make life for HoTs horrible(I actually like this one, as healer it gives me added gameplay so shrug). Also these appear to be the only rings right now, and making them all Mastery and Haste is gonna be horrible. I mean the 2% is likely gonna push these above m+ rings, but come on, when you have 8 rings in a raid and your instinct isn't to have the 6 possible secondary conditions between them, you are doing something wrong.
*Benthic Gear is a thing* Wowhead commenters - "These kinds of traits shouldnt be on catchup gear. They're too strong and make them mandatory for raid. Id rather have this on raid gear instead"*Corrupted Rings come into play*Wowhead commenters (same ones probably) - "2% damage boost is almost nothing. It's certainly not worth their detrimental effects and i dont think anyone use them"!@#$ing pick one guys. With that said the rings are obviously meant to be good for certain classes/specs and bad for others. Tanks will obviously take the aoe taunt ring. Casters will probably get the movement speed reduction one. The killing blow ones and the random fury one will probably used on the single target boss fights. Those of you complaining should just quit the game right now as your only other choice for rings will be farming M+ which i know the majority of you already hate.
Problem here is that you won't really notice the 2% increase but the drawbacks will hit you like a truck. So you get a flat small buff at the expense of a "feels-bad" mechanic.
The idea is cool but if you obtain some of those rings, it will remain in your backpack untill you dare to sell them to the vendor because 2% is nothing compared to the negative effects.
A lot of those will be no-brainer picks for healers. Last Grasp, Mesmerizing, Revel in Violence and Spontaneous Fury have little to no downside for healers and Face the Truth and Masochistic usually shouldn't be detrimental either since the are quite easily outplayable if there is no other "look at" mechanic in the encounter (relevant for FtT) and healers (except holy Pala and maybe mist Monk) shouldn't really be anywhere near mobs.
I smell some darkest dungeon gameplay references here.combined with there being the whole darkest dungeon questline in stormsong, someone on the team must really like that game.
