Pink Fury Warriors. Well I guess that's one final insult we haven't seen yet.
RIP Frost mages.
Class-balancing is in a very bad right state now imo, at no time in legion or bfa it was that long away from each other. But the biggest problem I see with balancing, is that that there are no major niches anymore. Every class (with multiple dmg-specs) you see at the top here, are on top in m+ as well, as far as I see, there are no exceptions. Fire mage op in m+, strongest mage spec in raid.Outlaw op in m+, strongest roguespec in raid.MM op in m+, op in raid.Balancedruid strong in raid, strong in m+.arms stronger warri-spec in raid and stronger spec in m+.Affli op in raid, strongest wl spec in m+.Uh dk op in raid, very strong in m+And so on...Frost dk, frost&arcane mage, fury, bm and especially assa got no place. Not even a niche to shine. For some classes like hunter, it was that way most of the time. But we never saw this for every single class with multiple dmg specs. So my hope is, they nerf the specs, that are S-tier in m+ a bit and buff instead the other specs in St in a way, that they can be dominating.Assassination needs to deal more ST dps than outlaw, if they are THAT far behind in mt. Same for mage, nerf fire a bit and raise arcane&frost in st, so that we can see some more specs. Of course, they could try to make every spec work in every situation, but that would deny spec-identity completly and I don't see that coming from blizzards site.I really hope to see some changes next week, the world first race is over and now it's time to look at the majority of the playerbase.
On paper, this expansion had it all, I played the beta and I was very excited to see it released on live. But right now, I feel many small things are litteraly ruining the experience and the expansion. And yes, unaddressed imbalance between spec in a major part of it. It's absolutely terrible, the worse spec are 25% behind the top performing ones and one week after the completion of World First Race, there is still no sign, no communication and no intend from Blizzard to fix anything.I'm really fed up by the situation and got tired of lagging way behind my mates just because I failed a balance critical dice by choosing to remain on my long favorite spec in the game (fury). It wouldn't be for my guild who support me right now, I'd have quit already. It's may be time Blizzard go past that and start actively balancing the game.
Statistically there's not much you can get from this. As about 50% of all Mythic parses on WClogs are from the first two bosses.
So just so we're clear, after Assassination dominated raid for how many x-pacs, including before M+ even existed, it's unacceptable that Outlaw is not only viable and competitive in raid since becoming Outlaw (minus niche fights) but also beating the other specs after sitting at some of the lowest spots on the charts for years in raid? It needs buffed, but the complaint being it must be the best raid spec(st) is asinine. Mostly just feels like I can name your favorite spec and your mad you now know what it was like to want to raid as either other spec.
Demo Lock plummeting closer and closer towards the bottom? Not surprised, and yet I just know that when balance changes eventually happens, they won't change. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they got nerfed for some reason, which have happebed before, even when they struggle to not be the absolute bottom. Hopefully one day, Ion's fetish for curbstomping Demo ends, and they'll have a spot in the sun.
I'm so glad I haven't rerolled my Windwalker.
mm, boomkin, fire mages, uhd do we get to play other specs? other specs will remain dead until next raid?why cant they narrow the gap between the specs i dont mean they need to do the same dps but they have to be somewhat competitive
Hey Blizzard I don't wanna play firemage so plz buff arcane, every class spec deserves a spot on raid. We all are looking for a general class balance, where we all feel important. Why does an unholy DK with 182 ilvl has to be on top of DPS over other class specs with with almost 15 ilvls higher...that's ridiculous. So don't nerf now specs that are flying close to the sun, just buff the other other to achieve a general balance, if you keep nerfing and buffing at the same time you'll have infinite work to do. Just saying.
huh I think this is a pretty big disclaimer that isn't being made
Assassination is officialy the worst and least played spec ingame right now, look at the pvp charts aswell https://www.xunamate.com/ I hope blizzard will wake their minds up after holidays and do a Major rework for this dead spec, since they completely ignored it and all feedback from players during beta, where we already pointed in how bad state assassination is. I don't need logs to know that its true.
Please dear Blizzard, pretend you do not see the outlaw.
Am i the only one who appreciates that ww monk is ranked pretty high?
