I love little mysteries like this, its makes things feel alive.
I'm glad that they are working on something. But I wonder when they will update the old cities in general. It can't be that hard, when some privat servers have already made SW and OG anew.
I've not seen for myself yet, but I've heard it said that within stormwind on the PTR the night elf refugees are no longer there. Maybe a flight special new flight point / transport point is being built to thier new home.Look, I can dream. My more realistic guess, maybe its going to be a more established place for players to arrive from Exiles reach.
Blizzard has been progressively improving the quality of the game, however it's been in very small ways. While expanded race/class combos, a new region-locked mechanic, and the talent system appear to be nice it just feels like so much varnish, as if attempting to make some shiny thing of substance out of the turd they currently possess.I'm not holding my breath at this point. I do not expect to return to WoW until 11.0 at the earliest. That said...I do still hope Blizzard will work on the story and make this something special from the moment the pre-patch drops.
probably related to the crafting updates
My first thought was (on the Stormwind one) "if the rope is for tethering the mount, it's going to be sh**ing in the haybox behind it, or it's a very, very small mount" (if it's not for tethering the mount, what's to stop it wandering off through the city?)There's a reason hayboxes/nets are usually up on the wall, rather than on the ground...
Perhaps they provide access to the dragon stylist UI, to customize the look of the dragon mount.
«Long awaited player housing»? No thanks. Those of you that like to pick out furniture and decorate, go play Sims, please. Don’t try to make it a part of WoW..
It's got to be an egg refinery. They've needed one since Gadgetzan became beachfront property.
Or they want to add a new starting mount vendor there, so that new players entering the city for the first time at level 10 won't have to walk on foot for so long.
Dont think is prep for player house probably for new starting mount station and they changing its location from old town to mage street
It could also be the new crafting centre for Dragonflight with quests etc to help boost your skills?
Texture wise it shows the age of SW/OG.
certainly shows the citys age
might be a place where u can costumize your mount...u bring it and the saddle is changed for example or what ever ...maybe another bag is added or canopy =)
Maybe they'll be faction vendors so you don't have to travel through the portal to the capitals from BfA
Ally and Horde gona work hand in hand and both cities would need more stables for the additional guests :D
