Same here! I tried to get my dad back into it but he just doesn't have the drive to play anymore. I always get sad when I see his character on the login page lol. :C
/salute to you mister :)
Kudos. I was in my 40s when I started playing Wow and now I am 61. Just finished 7/12M on Ny'alotha and was ranked #20 on Bleeding Hollow with most HKs. I have the rank of Battlemaster and Khan in PVP. What a great achievement though to hit 13...grats man.

I know there is a Swedish grandma that even streams when she plays. I forgot her Twitch name though. I just remember she plays a blood elf warlock named "Jenyfear" or something like that.Nevermind, I found her: https://www.twitch.tv/jenyfear - 69 years old!

As someone who is bedridden and gets most his social interaction via online, I'm always happy and left feeling validated, seeing other older folks and those with 'issues' thriving via MMO's, games, and other online communities. Folks knock it, but it really is an amazing way to still reach out to the world and feel a part of it, to be a part of a group and find friends and a surrogate family. Much respect my man, awesome achievement for sure!
"The Champion of the Appalacian Mountains World Veterans Tournament has been decided!"That aside, kudos to the vet!
That's so nice! Meanwhile here I am on my 30s and a total noob. /salute
Gratz! That's me in some years :D
We've had parents of adult gamers in our guild for four expansions or so now (and a few folks in their 60s/70s). It's great, especially if there's geographic distance, to keep everyone in their families engaged. Keep it up, senior gamers!
gratz Excada, my friend!
this will be us boys and girls in he future :)
