You can find Zenn Foulhoof at the coordinates 60, 56. He is just east of Dolanaar. There is no reputation gain or loss with this quest, although you become an enemy of Teldrassil until you complete the follow-up quest.

Just so everyone knows, there is no rep gain or loss for this quest. You just get the rewards and exp. So you don't have to worry about losing rep with NEs.

Yes, u become an enemy but to redeem yourself, you have to get three sacs and give them to Zenn Foulhood. He turns into a frog.

There is no reputation change due to this quest. "Becoming an enemy" is just the storyline.

The mobs you need to kill are within plain sight of him, directly south. Zenn Foulhoof is evil, and by helping him you open a line of redemption quests in Dolanaar. It's all part of the story, so play along.

Yep one thing I have noticed is that in WoW classic the strigid owl feather part of this quest they are very slow to drop

just got 100% drop rate on all 3 items in wow classic. definitely not how i remember this quest. looking at the items on wowhead seem to point towards a 25-35% drop chance per.. but i got all 9 in a row. rng is rng but this seems wrong.

In the Dragonflight quest A Personal Offering, Tyrande Whisperwind has the player help her conduct a touching ceremony for the new wellspring in the new World Tree, Amirdrassil (located in the Dragon Isles). The player is instructed to choose a single item to contribute as a token of the Night Elves for this ceremony.

Among the list of potential offerings is "A skein of Webwood Spider Silk from Shadowglen." It would seem the "skein of webwood spider silk" is at least a reference to the Webwood Spider Silk the player must collect for Zenn Foulhoof as part of the Storyline quest, Zenn's Bidding.

I thought this was a bit of a strange choice for a tribute, considering Zenn Foulhoof was an enemy of the Night Elves. Additionally, he was killed long before the burning of Teldrassil: at some point, he was exiled from Teldrassil for "performing perverse magic", and in Cataclysm, he is seen having taken up residence in Darkshore. However, he is soon discovered to be the taint that is corrupting the wildlife in the area, and players are instructed to kill him in The Corruption's Source (source: Wowpedia). I suppose this tribute is simply meant to be nostalgic. :)
