They also show up above the Uldaman cave entrance by Loch Modan. High on a pillar, I only noticed them because I had track humanoid on my hunter. Once I targeted they disappeared.

I managed to get up onto the area where they stand on Thoradins wall in arathi, but as soon as i got near they said "we've got friends", and then an emote msg appeared saying they disappeared into a flash of light

Just found these 2 in swamp of sorrow, island off the shore bottom right of the zone.
"We've got friends"
followed by a light and glitter fade graphic effect and the emote
Both figures disappear in a bright flash.

No idea. Are you suppose to keep finding them till they give up?

There are two of these NPCs in Blackrock Mountain as well. They're on the archway above where you enter the mountain from Burning Steppes. I wasn't able to find a way up to them, but in mind visioning them I didn't see anything around them either.

I just found two of them on the largest island off othe coast of Swamp of Sorrows. WHen they saw me, they said "We've got friends" and then disappeared.

Just now spotted them up over the southern exit, out to Burning Steppes of The Molten Span (Blackrock). Couldn't reach theme on my own, I assume it would require getting through UBRS.
PS: Nice touch that there level is 77 ;)

2 of them appeared then disappeared withing a second after jumping over the waterfall at 53.63 29.63 in Felwood.
in the game chat I see;
Secret Agent says: We've got friends.
Emote text: Both figures disappear in a bright flash.

Encountered this pair in Felwood at the top of the waterfall in Irontree Woods, on the eastern border of the zone (53.7, 29.8). Disappeared with the same quote and animation mentioned by other commenters as soon as I approached.
