Was able to find the mob at 35,52

You needed to make an engine to make the mob active. To make the engine you get spare reaper parts from harvest watcher/reaper and an elemental core from the wind elementals wandering around.

I was able to get Living Bomb for mage off of it and my friend got Master Channeler for warlock.

It has multiple spawn locations, usually near the sides of the farms.
The mob is green.
You must collect a core dropping from the harvest watchers/golems and an elemental core from the Dust Devils.
After you combine both cores, you can install it in the reaper.
He will attack you, and he is level 18 with 500hp, tag him, and don't die.
He will drop the channeler run for warlocks and another one for mages.

I don't know if it is a bug or not, but I attacked this when I saw a mage struggling with it and got the living bomb rune.

I only had the item from the harvesters, I did not even have the other half from the dust devils.
