The box takes 3 second cast to open, you can duo this with 2 people.

One person will rez and run out of the room go down the stairs and outside the front door LOS as many fireballs as you can obviously

The looter needs to wait for the mage in the room to exit the room before rezzing or you will be stuck in combat

easy to solo the mage, just fight out of the doorway to not aggro the second mob, have a stun or slow ready for when the mage bails at low hp

Soloed as lvl 50 pretty geared rogue. Ran into 2nd flor with sprint and used vanish (try not to waste HP so when u got spotted immediately unstealth and sprint). Dont wait until you get hit and get dazed. Hide behind the wall so 2nd mob cant spot you, and kill caster mob lvl 57 elite in the room. Save your stun until mob is low HP so he cant escape and pull more mobs. Also u can blind mob and use some bandages in case of emergency. I used some tanky runes and combat spec (red mob resists most of poisons so Assa talents is pretty useless)
