Lucky brought up that Nightmare Dungeons do not change at all mechanically throughout the tiers, and Joe suggested that they could potentially use a setup like Monster Intensity system for World Tiers in order to make changes to monster mechanics with higher NM Dungeon Tiers.

Lucky mentioned the Campaign was great, but now everyone skips it immediately because it's slower to level otherwise. He then asked Joe if they had given any thought to incentivizing players to run through the campaign to level. Shelly responded inferring that with story based experiences, the first time you play through them is the most exciting. If you play through some things too often, you won't enjoy it as much. This was also noted as one of the reasons the skip campaign button exists. They acknowledge that they don't want to make something where someone wants to have a lot of fun but has to give up efficiency, but he does note that he liked Luciano's idea of getting something after completing the campaign to make up the difference.

They want to grow the PvP audience and invite more people in. They'd love to add more reasons and new ways to pvp as soon as time permits.

Making boss materials tradable was something they brought to season 2 specifically because of player feedback. They're really happy with how it's gone and they want to keep moving in that direction, but they want to protect player experience (prevent exploits) and that "they don't want anyone to have a worse time" due to trading.

They are wanting to take a look at things like Flame Shield, Potions, Scrolls of Escape etc and evaluate them to make sure Hardcore is balanced properly.

When Joe was asked if there were any ideas for social features he could share outside of Clans and Global Trade, he replied saying that he doesn't want to turn Diablo 4 into WoW and emphasized that “it's an ARPG”. He went on to elaborate mentioning that there are a lot of opportunities for social activities, but they want to be thoughtful about how they do it in a way that respects the genre and the players.

Lucky took the opportunity to help the souls in search of cows and asked Joe about the Stamina Potions players have been able to acquire after killing many, many cows. Joe was expectedly confused and had this to say on the matter, "completely at a loss here, even if I did know what you were talking about, its been pretty cool to see players killing all of these cows for unexplainable reasons. I certainly - ya know, if I were a player who had put that effort in, I would definitely hang on to anything I got out of it.".
